We loved our stay! The arcade room was a hit for our boys. My favorite was the lounge spot on the pool! Our host was easy to contact, check in and out was a breeze! I would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kids loved the game room, the movie room and most of all, the pool. When they decided the water was too cold on the first day, Matthew was able to get the pool heated within hours. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed everything about the stay; pool, outdoor area, and house were all very clean. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Location was close to all of the family activities we had planned. Host was responsive and everything went smoothly! Will be staying again when we come back to the Phoenix area!

Great place!

Three dads on an annual boys spring training baseball trip. Stayed for a week. House location is perfect for ballparks, restaurants, bars. House has everything you need and is very private.Will book this again

Amazing property! We'll be back

The check in and out process was easy, the instructions were clear, and the house had everything we could've asked for. My family stayed for a week and we didn't want to leave! In addition to that, Matthew was very quick to reply to our inquiries.

Scottsdale delight.

Spent thanksgiving week with the family here and loved the house. Cooking turkey and fixings was no problem at all. Pool area is great, theater room and game area as well. Mathew is a great host who responded promptly to us. Will stay again for sure!!

Perfect graduation headquarters

We were in Phoenix for college graduation and this was a great spot for the coming and going of our graduate and family visiting from Tucson. We had a great time using the theater space and the hot tub and heated pool, both of which were set at perfect temperatures.

Absolutely the best place I’ve ever stayed!!!

The place perfect. So clean and so many fun things. Lots of little extras like sunscreen and pool toys, toiletries and treats. The best vacation rental ever. Hands down. Highly recommend!!!

Great Stay for Family

Safe and quiet neighborhood, close to airport and all amenities. House is safe for children, additional lock high on the sliding door to pool -peace of mind they cannot wander into the back yard alone. Kids did not want to leave! Areas for adults to relax after a day of swimming and exploring the region.

Fantastic

We loved staying at this property! The location was perfect - only 10 minutes from whatever we wanted to do. The owner was wonderful. He definitely deserves Premier status. We will stay here again and hope to plan a trip for next winter!

Beautiful Oasis

The property is amazing with almost any amenity you could want. It was a great place to relax after our hiking in the Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest and Sedona areas! The owner, Matthew, ensured everything went as planned for us and couldn't have been more helpful. If you plan on spending time in Scottsdale, you can't find a better place!

Well maintained, and Amazing backyard

This property was perfect for our family. The available crib worked great with the littles. The backyard was peaceful and very relaxing. The location is perfect for Old Town, the zoo, restaurants, etc. We would definitely return to this property in the future.

Much need R&R

Great pool and outdoor environment. Inside had a great arcade setup and cinema room. The main bath was nicely remodeled. Very clean and nicely appointed overall. Excellent communication with the VRBO mgr. One of the only properties I would return to for another stay.
