Great Summer Getaway

This home is nicely furnished and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were very easy to communicate with and we enjoyed meeting them after we arrived. We initially were looking for a place to escape the heat of the desert where we live. This exceeded our expectations with cool breezes every day and a nice relaxing patio to enjoy the outdoors.

Well-appointed Vacation Rental in a Convenient Location

Nice house with everything we needed

Nice touches included stocked coffee pods and various pantry items, good kitchen supplies. Convenient to freeway but quiet, fruit trees in the yard. Owners very easy to deal with and accommodated our unusual checkin needs. Recommend.

Exceptional property for a long-term stay....

We had a wonderful, restful 2-month stay at this property. The home was very clean, super comfortable and had all the amenities you could need for a long-term stay. We loved the peaceful yard. The hosts, Rita and Roger, were responsive and took care of our every need, and were very generous in allowing us to pick the most delicious oranges and figs on the property. The location was perfect: quiet neighborhood; off street parking; short drive to the beach and to the Oceanside or Carlsbad train stations, with each station location having ample parking; plenty of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area; easy freeway access. The home is very efficient and was easy for me to maintain. I loved the fact that there was just one bathroom to clean! Thank you Rita and Roger for an amazing stay.

They thought of everything

Rita furnished everything imaginable in a great kitchen, down to ice cream scoop and pizza slicer, decor is tasteful yet unobtrusive, light and bright throughout, all near new. Roger is there within minutes should anything need attention or repair (try that with rental corporations). And they both are unfailingly kind and honest, and concerned about your comfort in this charming cottage near the sea. I wouldn't hesitate to return, in fact I will, next year.

Immaculate and well equipped

This place was well thought out. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you'd want down to the vegetable peeler. If you appreciate attention to detail, this is your place.

Great Summer

Our two month stay was so pleasant and fun in this comfortable rental, it was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. We loved being close to shopping, eateries and the beach. Our hosts Rita and Roger were so welcoming and above reproach in doing many extra duties for us. I highly recommend renting here.,and give Rita and Roger five stars. Regards, Iva and Mort

Great rental - stayed for a month!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Rita was so kind and very responsive. The home was in excellent condition, well furnished and had absolutely everything needed for a month long stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and all the neighbors we met were very friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

All the comforts of home

Rita and Roger are incredible. They were very accommodating and very quick to respond to all our questions. They were flexible on check out dates. The home was very clean. This was a wonderful place to use as a home for a month. Rita and Roger have thought of everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Conveniently located to shopping and the highway. It could not have been a better place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place for seniors

This house is a wonderful home for seniors. In a 55+ community with sidewalks for walking and very convenient to everything you need. The home is comfortable and is decorated very nicely. The kitchen is a joy to cook in. The owners have taken great pains to provide everything you would need.

We fell in love with this community because of the convenient location, the low traffic neighborhood and quaint homes. We had so much fun remodeling this home creating a warm, cozy and safe environment for all who visit. Adjoining property can be viewed under property ID 2398026.

This 55+ senior community is conveniently located in the Tr-City area bordering Oceanside, Carlsbad and Vista. All three cities have a plethora of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and golf. Together, they are the capitol of craft breweries! Whichever direction you’re headed, you’ll appreciate the easy access to highways, metro link and train stations.
