Quiet, cosy getaway

I was looking for a vacation stay that felt like a neighbourhood, and this apartment delivered! It's a bit remote from tourist locations; expect some travel time for seeing the sights or even getting groceries without a vehicle. For my purposes this was perfect, spending time walking in lovely residential areas. A perfect little getaway for me and my partner to take in the city without the bustle of busy streets, enjoying the views and surroundings.

Leafy

We loved our stay. The property is situated in a leafy suburb that is only a couple of.minutes from the harbour. The ferry service not only provides a scenic view of Sydney but is also a very efficient way of travelling without the hassels of traffic, road rage and tolls... Awesome!

Unsatisfactory

I have long list of what was wrong.very disappointed. Not worth $443 for 2 nights. Will not be rebooking and not recommending this stay

The property was certainly cozy. It is a converted loft over a garage. Though I was quite happy with room, my wife found it a little cramped and struggled to do her hair and makeup in the tiny bathroom. The kitchen had everything required to cook a meal, though as a tall person the angled roof was a constant thought. The area in which it is situated is lovely and quiet, with public transport only a few hundred metres away. A ferry will get you to Circular Quay in under 30 minutes. I parked the car and didn't need to use it until we were ready to leave. Overall it was a lovely little property, that I would stay at again should I find myself in Sydney.

House of Repair

Number of repairs so long I had to make a list. Dishwasher which was advertised had nice little sign "Sorry - Out of order" I was here for two weeks after which dishwasher was still out of order. As well, lamps and light not working, air conditioner full of dust, toilet roll holder falling off wall, toilet seat loose.........and so on
