We absolutely loved this apartment. Clean comfortable and quite safe. There is an excellent grocer right next door with fresh croissants, pain au chocolates baguettes available each morning. Easy to reach the subway station about 1/2 a block away. Quiet safe neighborhood. 4 very comfortable bedrooms . The hosts kindly stocked coffee tea sugar salt pepper upon arrival. Wonderful accommodation! The hosts promptly responded to the few questions we had . Stay here when in Paris!

Nous avons apprécié le logement pour l'aspect sécuritaire ,la propreté, la grandeur de l'appartement , l'équipement dans le loft était complet, la proximité des métros et des marchés d'alimentation. Vraiment extra, je le recommanderais sans hésiter. Dommage que la cour intérieur ne soit pas utilisée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !!

Excellent apartment for a family or group of friends

Excellent location! Steps from a metro stop, with a grocery store next door and amazing boulangerie across the street. The neighborhood and apartment was very quiet. It has all the amenities and is very spacious for our family of 6. Zero complaints.

Amazing Space

The place was excellent and great location a few steps from a metro line for easy access anywhere in the City. Communication with the hosts was fantastic. Very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this space for large groups.

FANTASTIC VRBO don’t miss this one!

This apartment was MARVELOUS. The location is great as the metro is across the street or just down the street. There is a great grocery store literally next door. A short walk away are tons of diverse restaurants. There is even a nice park a walkable distance away for small children. The host are kind and very responsive. The building itself is very safe. With 3 locked access points including the apartment door.. The property is absolutely stunning and beautiful inside and exactly as shown. My kids had a blast with the loft beds. Kitchen was of adequate size and utensils and pots provided were plenty enough and is the refrigerator size. The laundry situation was great. If you go to Paris THIS is the place to stay!!!

Wonderful Paris Trip

I was impressed with the modern bathrooms, amazing showers. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great. The loft was a little distance to central Paris, but the metro was right across the street and was very fast to get everything we wanted. We took the metro a lot and an occasional Uber. Everything was very convenient and we were all happy. There were 8 of us, 7 adults and 1 14year old, but this could comfortably sleep 10, like it is advertised.

Well equipped and comfortable apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Maitis and Jerome’s. The apartment was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the space was very spacious. Maitis was quick to respond to any queries we had. I would highly recommend a stay there.

The perfect Paris rental!

We absolutely loved this apartment! It's perfect for families. We had 4 adults and 5 children (ages 3-9) and we all fit very comfortably in this space. The kids loved the bunk beds which were very sturdy. The open concept made it especially easy for everyone to interact. The location is also really great with a grocery store and metro station right next door. Lots of restaurants too which were priced much better than those close to the touristy spots in Paris. The hosts were also very helpful with prompt responses to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Paris Apartment

Had family of 9 from ages 13 to 75 … fantastic location with a super clean and well stocked apartment. Very spacious and comfortable beds and furniture. We could not have been happier! The metro is truly outside the front door and a market next door. We have stayed in other apartments in Paris before and this one was the best!

Long awaited trip to Paris

We booked 8 months in advance for a special trip to Paris. The place was perfect! Very spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. It’s located near a market and pharmacy, a few cafes in the area, and steps away from the metro. I highly recommend this place to others

Perfect for Large Family

We just finished our vacation, and this place was just about everything you could want when traveling with a family to Paris. We had a group of 6 and never felt cramped or found ourselves waiting to use a bathroom. It was so spacious but also perfectly cozy. The listing was extremely accurate, and the host was great at communicating. There’s a metro station right next door so you have easy access to the whole city, but the location is far enough from the busy areas so you have a space away from the commotion. The grocery store next door was very convenient. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay, and PHILIPPE AUGUSTE LOFT 2 - Loft for 10 (4 rooms) - BASTILLE - PÈRE LACHAISE gave us a great vacation!

Paris family trip

Neighborhood was great and nice to come back to and get away from crowds. Everything you need is right there and everything you need inside the apartment is there. My daughter, granddaughter and I loved every minute we stayed there. Highly recommend to anyone.

Good time in Paris

The property was perfect for our group of six of all ages. Small grocery store just steps outside the front door. Metro stop a few feet past the grocery store and another a 10 minute walk.

This Place is Awesome!

On a 30 day trip across Europe and many a VRBO is not what they appear, but this place is everything and more! It is absolutely comfortable and equipped, it is 100 ft from a Metro stop with a quick grocery store out the front door. All the beds are comfy, it’s perfectly suited for large groups and the communication is EXCELLENT! Directions are crystal clear in English and French. Has a washer AND a dryer, thank God! It really has everything you’d need for a stay, it’s also in perfect condition and feels super safe and secure. Thank you SO MUCH! I so appreciated you MAITIS!

BEST PLACE IN PARIS

We just came back from our trip and it was fabulous. This rental was amazing. We were surrounded by restaurants, shops and the metro, which was very convenient to visit the amazing places in Paris. Since the time I rented to our check out time, the owners were very clear, concise and helpful. We were given very clear instructions. I asked everyone in my family what they thought about the place and all of them loved it! We were seven adults. There were plenty of space, enough chairs, beds, etc. I will recommend to my closest friends about this place because they delivered what I was promised and much more. So thank you very much!
