Great location - really nice house! Has everything you need and is central to Beaver and Vail - Sarah was super great about giving us ideas on things to do and the area!

Summer Family Trip

We had a great time while in Vail and staying here was icing on the cake. The house was just as described and perfect for what we needed. Communication was excellent before and during the stay. This will be our first place to check for availability when we return to the Vail area.

This property was perfect for our vacation. The home was very beautiful and had lots of space. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the home was very clean. Loved the privacy that we had. The hot tub was amazing! The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Fun Ski Vacation

The house worked great for our Spring Break ski vacation. There was plenty of room for our group of 8. The kids especially enjoyed the foosball table downstairs. We had plenty of room to spread out or to gather together for game nights. The location is convenient to Beaver Creek, Vail and shopping/dining. The host was very welcoming, responded quickly when we had an issue with the driveway and had many good recommendations for local dining. We look forward to returning to EagleVail!

Great place to stay

Wonderful condo with all the amenities you could want. Lots of room to spread out and a nice big comfy living room for our family to gather at night. Very close to Beaver Creek Village and grocery store which was very convenient. Owner was in communication with me from the beginning and was very helpful and even gave us suggestions for restaurants and shopping beyond what they send in the welcome packet which is full of all the info you’ll need. Master bedroom bed was very comfy (something I always look for in reviews). Highly recommend!

Destination Wedding Weekend in Vail

The perfect stay for our family of 8. Our son was married on Saturday in Vail. This home was not only beautiful but very convenient to the rehearsal dinner venue in Minturn, the welcome party in Edwards and the wedding/reception in Vail. You won’t be disappointed!

Friends and Family Ski Trip

Our family of 5 and close friends family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this Eagle/Vail property. The townhome was exactly as advertised and stocked with all the essentials for a perfect stay. Quick and easy access to grocery, restaurants, and Beaver Creek. Owner is very responsive and provided great recommendations in the area for rentals, food, etc.

Great Get together Place

This is a fantastic property to stay with a large group the layout is wonderful, location is close to everything.(restaurants, ski hills and stores), but not a busy or noisy neighborhood. The amenities and supplies are great and lots of towels for showers and hot tub. Loved the shower gel, shampoo and conditioners in all the bathrooms, greatly appreciated. The neighbor is very watchful/video tapes. (I don't think she is a very happy person in general.) We were in contact with the property owner to make sure everything was okay and she understood the situation and apologetic, so we just ignored the neighbor and enjoyed our vacation. I would definately rent here again, the owner was lovely to deal with and lots of great advise and suggestions on activities, restaurants. The property is well taken care of and worth the stay(Edwards is our fav town for food, we ate there 3 nights).

Spacious getaway with Family

Great space throughout the house. Cleanliness was great when we arrived. Plenty of blankets, sheets, and pillows for each bedroom. There were plenty of "beach" towels to use after relaxing in the hot tub. The kitchen had all the necessary items needed to cook full meals with plenty of space. We did not utilize any outdoor amenities as our main focus was skiing. As for skiing there was plenty of space in the entry to store your outdoor gear. Overall - we really enjoyed the experience and the comfort of home away from home.

What a GEM!

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property - from check in to check out! Perfect location - less than 5 mins to Beaver Creek parking lots and 10 mins to Vail Village garage. Looooved the giant communal kitchen table and living area. Made for great chatting/gathering time and game night. Big thanks to Sarah and her family for allowing us to rent such a wonderful home. Highly recommend!!!

Family gathering

Perfect place for a gathering of 3 generations of family skiers (ages 18-80). Many good conversations around the wonderful dining room table and fireplace. Very elegant and well equipped kitchen. Would rent again.

Perfect - Immaculately Clean - Family Retreat

We spent Christmas week at this property and it was perfect for our family. Amazing location - about a mile from the Beaver Creek gates and less than 15 minutes drive to Vail Village. After a day on the slopes, the outdoor hot tub was fantastic and because of Covid, we did all our Apres ski in front of the comfy wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen has everything you could need, and everything is in perfect working order. The foosball table was so much fun. We 100% would stay here again and recommend it for a family ski trip for sure!!

Amazing experience in Avon!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah and Travis' home! The house was perfect for our small group trip, stocked with everything you'd need and sparkling clean. Location is great if you're hoping to explore both Beaver Creek and Vail. We would definitely stay again!
