One of our favorite places to stay when we are in the area. This home is very clean. The kitchen is nicely equipped with most everything you would need to prepare meals as if you were in your own home. Plenty of towels for showers as well as the pool. Lots of seating outside by the pool with ceiling fans to keep the air moving on those humid days. We look forward to our next stay.

Summertime 1 week stay

Spent a week at this location with my girlfriend and two adult daughters. Overall the place was great. Upon checking in, the house was very clean. Pool was nice and it was cleaned once during our stay.I contacted the property agent after day 1 as there is no control over the thermostat or indication/display screen showing what temp is set. The owner was contacted and I believe adjusted it a degree or two. As it was a lot more comfortable for the remainder of the stay. Things we needed to buy after a few days after checking in: trash bags, extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish wash sponge, laundry detergent. There’s a supermarket very close, so this was not an issue. We all had a great time there and enjoyed the spacious of this home and all the extras it provides, propane bbq pit, games, and pool. I’d stay there again and recommend it

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this house, especially on the days we wanted to escape from busy Orlando and have our own space. They accommodated on a last minute request to check out later than 10AM to finish up packing. A stay and highly recommend.

Disney Family Vacation

We spent 8 days at the property with 4 days in the park! The house was clean and spacious and the pool area was great! The neighbourhood was very quiet and safe. There were a ton of amenities close by and Disney was only 30 mins away. Will definitely be back!

Perfect. Private.

Stayed two weeks. Convenient to everything. Public supermarket right around the corner. Pool area was great. Shade areas when the sun was too much. Very private good size pool. Swam laps daily. Would definitely recommend.

Orange Tree Sub w/pool and jacuzzi!

Beautiful home/yard/pool. Especially liked the open backyard (no neighbors behind) and pool/jacuzzi. Definitely pay for the pool heating, very worth it! Beds were comfortable, all the cable channels on TV, games in garage. Not too far from WDW, we drove there 4x in our one week stay. The contact person was very easy to contact and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

We spent a week in this house with four kids. Very Nice house and pool area. It was a bit cold outside when we were there, but the heating of the pool was excellent so the kids could still swim and play. We tried out the tennis court which was perfect. It was a 40 min drive to universal and Disney which was super. Quiet neighbourhood. Would revcomend this house to families.

Great Place!

We loved staying here! The space accommodated our needs perfectly. The beds and couches were comfy, and everything was clean. The backyard with the pool was great! Tables to spend time outside, and a lanai to keep bugs away. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and close to many stores/restaurants. It’s close enough to Disney and Universal as well. For supplies, 2 of everything were provided.2 toilet paper per bathroom,2 dishwasher pods, and 2 washing machine pods. As they state, because we were a larger group, we did have to purchase more. We did need to be in contact with David, about the pool heating. We paid extra before our stay to have the pool heated each night. He was very responsive and helpful. Having the pool heated was worth it to us. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a family. Bedrooms were set up nice for the kids and adults. Pool was wonderful and the space was quiet. Proximity to Disney was 25min ish and was a very easy drive. We would recommend staying here if you are going to Disney or if you want a nice quiet week in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice, comfortable home. Property manager was quick to help us with a small issue we had and all went well. Spent most of our time there poolside. Relaxing.

Lovely home.. perfect for relaxing!

This home had sufficient space, amenities, and a lovely pool area. There were plenty of chairs and lounges around the pool area to space out and relax. The garage was filled with fun activities. All bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were plentiful!

The air conditioner was not adjustable and it was so cold at night and mornings, called and could not get anyone to answer or call us back. The pool and the hot tub was dirty. The hot tub was cold with not heat available.

Lovely Home!

A perfect spot for our young family in a nice quiet neighbourhood. It is close to all the parks and attractions as well as grocery stores, pharmacy, gas stations and restaurants. It was so nice after a big day at the parks to come back and enjoy the beautiful pool and spa! We will definitely be returning next year! Highly recommend!

Geweldige tijd gehad

Heel fijn huis net iets buiten de drukte van Orlando. Net iets te ver weg van Disney/Universal maar als je daar niet voor komt dan echt een top lokatie in een mooie wijk (niet afgesloten). Supermarkt dicht bij, voldoende keuzes van restaurants. Veel ruimte is een huis en heel fijn zwembadn. Geweldige tijd gehad. We komen graag terug!

June vacation

My family and I recently stayed at this house fir a week in June. It fit my wife and I, our 7 year old and my parents comfortably. My daughter enjoyed the ease of being able to hop in the pool every day. We liked the proximity to several local attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would consider going back.

Mixed Experience - Great Potential

Positive Aspects: 1. Safe and Family-Friendly Neighborhood: Located in a safe, quiet, and family-friendly neighbourhood. 2. Amenities: Proximity to food, grocery, and pharmacy locations was convenient. The games room and the Mickey Mouse room were great. Night lights in the Mickey room were appreciated. 3. Layout and Accessibility: Loved the bungalow layout and the access to the bathroom right from the pool deck. 4. Well-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in. Newer BBQ was a plus. Negative Aspects: 1. Conflicting Rules and Limited Resources: Some rules, like garbage disposal and laundry load restrictions, were fair but lacked the resources to complete to task. (Eg: No plastic in dishwasher / No dish soap provided. Don’t leave more than 2 loads of laundry / Not enough laundry pods given. Etc) 2. Pool and Spa Issues: Despite paying an additional fee for pool heating, restrictions on usage times and temperature limits (heat/spa turns off at 8pm or below 55F) were frustrating. The pool's cleanliness, with visible algae, was disappointing. Overall Impressions: I wanted this to be a 5Star VRBO, but our experience was impacted by the negative aspects noted above. More basic supplies and fixing the pool heating issues would significantly enhance the overall experience. Recommendation: It’s a great house - Just come prepared with extra ‘basics’ (eg toilet paper) and be sure to request that the pool is cleaned before you arrive.

Disappointed

We stayed at this home because of location and pool. The pool will cost you $ to heat it. The linens must have been 10 plus years old. There is no 4th bedroom. 4th bedroom is a study with a hutch for clothing. You are not allowed to change air conditioning temp. Most bedrooms had light bulbs that were out or missing. These things are easily remedied.

Holiday House

Our boys called this the "Holiday House". This was our first family trip to Florida and was the perfect spot for our family! We are already planning our next trip back here!
