Wonderful place to stay

As retirees from Maryland, visiting our respective brothers for a few days in Tallahassee, we were very happy to return for a second time to this good location that offers so much - everything is provided, the communication is great and the price is right!

Perfect Spot!

My husband and I stayed here during Parent's Weekend and it was the perfect spot...exactly what we wanted, a nice and convenient place to stay not too far from campus...would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay. The townhouse was clean and comfortable and the hosts responded to our questions in a timely manner. Will recommend to others, especially friends and coworkers who might travel into the area for FSU football.

Comfortable rental

We enjoyed the week+ we stayed here enroute to our Snowbird location. It had a very nice kitchen which was well-stocked which was imporant to us. The location was central to what we were visiting.

Great Location & Amazing Hosts

This is an incredible, comfortable spot that was perfect. Close by to FSU and TCC, and the location was phenomenal as it is next to all the main restaurants and shops. Hosts were attentive and available when needed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet escape.

Ron and Fran are retired and enjoy traveling and antiquing in unique places. We have lived in Tallahassee since college days at FSU and raised our 2 children here. We have watched Tallahassee grow and evolve over the last several decades into a very diverse and interesting place to live.

Our townhouse apartment is located on the west side of the city. We are conveniently located to:
Interstate 10 exit 196 2 miles
Tallahassee International Airport 6 miles
Doak Campbell Stadium 2.1 miles
FAMU Campus 3.2 miles
Tallahassee Community College 2.4 miles
Capitol Center and State Office Buildings 5.5 miles
And of COURSE - Governor's Square Mall 6.9 miles
You can use I10 to conveniently drive to North Monroe Street and Thomasville Road

Our townhouse was purchased 30+ years ago and rented to college students and young professional during those years. One young lady stayed at our townhouse while she was a student, stayed after graduation and worked and stayed for over 10 years. We have recently renovated the townhouse. The complex grounds are maintained regularly.
The city bus runs at the end of the complex regularly.
We renovated this townhouse in 2016 and now rent on VRBO and Airbnb.
