Our goal is to ensure that every guest has a positive experience while staying with TI Rentals. Each problem that you experienced, or expectation that was not reached was resolved immediately and efficiently. When we received the first call to report that the door lock was not working, we fixed it virtually, in under a minute. The second call regarding the lock we were told that the kids were playing with the lock and for safety reasons the code was disabled. The lock was fixed virtually in just a couple of minutes after issuing a new code. The cleaners spent an hour in the home performing a touch up clean, at your request, after they had cleaned the same home that morning and it passed an inspection. When the washing machine leaked, a repairman was sent out the next day. He reported that the part would take a few days to arrive, so the home owners graciously agreed to purchase the one in stock washing machine at Lowes, over the phone. It was delivered and installed the next morning. We provided an extra set of king sheets, including the initial set that was placed in the linen delivery bag. The two sets were returned to the office by the cleaners at check out. The initial set of king sheets were still in plastic wrap and at the bottom of the linen bag. We pride ourselves on the customer service that we deliver, and we did our best to accommodate you during your stay with the issues that were reported to our office.

Hi Dawn, We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay! There is definitely supposed to be a blow dryer in the unit, but these things happen. We will make sure that one is in the unit. We also prefer the beach look, it is so easy to attain here, after all! Please come and stay again, you were great guests!

Hi Richard, We miss in person check ins, too. We love meeting our guests, answering any questions they might have and making restaurant or activity recommendations.The best part of working in property management is helping guests have amazing vacations and meeting new people. Our office is closed to the public right now because we have several people in our office that are immunocompromised. We are here to help and can be reached via phone at any time. Those stairs are getting a little dirty and we already have an end of season carpet cleaning scheduled for the next gap in reservations. It takes 24 hours for the carpet to dry, and the home hasn't had a gap all summer.
