Beach was great. House was spacious and clean. Would have liked more necessities like toilet paper, garbage bags etc that we had to go purchase which at that price was frustrating.

This was an amazing place to stay! Super convenient, super well stocked with kitchen equipment, towels, beach chairs, etc. really nice layout for our group of 7. The host was very accommodating of our request for late checkout. Highly recommended! Thanks!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the house, the location, the beach view, and the host! We took our mom there as a 79th birthday trip, and it was absolutely wonderful! She had never seen the sun set over the ocean before, and it was as beautiful as you can imagine! The host had said to watch for dolphins around 10:30AM, so when we got back from the grocery store around 10:45AM, we happened to remember that, looked out, and actually saw 2 dolphins!!! We then walked to the beach and watched them for a bit. So fun! The beds were comfortable, and the open floor plan and large dining table was perfect for our group of 7. We hope to be back some day. Highly recommend!!!

The home was beautiful and we loved our stay. Very clean, bright, had everything we needed to prepare meals, well stocked to start us out for the week, gorgeous views too!! Loved it all!

Great spring break for our large family!

We loved the house and location. The construction wasn’t ideal nearby, but didn’t interrupt our sleep or days and our little boys actually enjoyed seeing an excavator pass by on the beach. We couldn’t find the coffee carafe so I ended up having to buy one from Walmart only to find that the carafe was seperate from the coffee maker and up in a higher cabinet somewhere else. Would’ve been nice to have some throw blankets for the living room,but not a deal breaker by any means. Beautiful house and property and love the quiet beach. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The house was very nice and comfortable. I liked the fact that 4 bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. This is the only rental where signs were posted everywhere throughout the house telling us what to do and not do, it was quite annoying and somewhat offensive. The house was very clean except for the extra pillows in the closet were dirty, with stains and hair on them. It was mentioned in the description that there was a spa in the property but there isn’t one, so we were disappointed. I was also told there was a beach umbrella, in fact there was one but it was broken and unusable, if I had known this I would have brought one extra, it is impossible to sit by the beach without umbrellas during the month of May. As far as beach amenities there were plenty of folding chairs which were useful. Overall our stay was fine.

This house is amazing in so many ways!

Our family of 12 stayed here for our family Christmas. What an absolute treat! The house is simply beautiful and very well equipped and the setting on the beach was breathtaking. Plenty of room for everyone. What a privilege to stay in such a wonderful place. Sun Palace Vacation rental was very professional and when we were missing a set of sheets for the hide a bed, Mary delivered them within a half hour. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

wonderful stay

This was our first time renting a beach house. We will definitely come back! The upstairs bedroom gave my wife and I privacy from the rest of our extended family that joined us. Plenty of room in the living area. Very well maintained home. Loved the bathrooms. Great place to hang out on the beach!
