Among the best!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was amazing and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommended this and would choose this over any area hotel. The directions for check in were clear and easy to follow. The complex was quiet and the grounds were immaculate. The staff were super helpful! Decent and Secure

The reservation, check in and overall communication process with BCA was excellent. We received one parking pass instead of two but the issue was resolved to our liking. The apartment was clean and well organized but could use some touch ups to the paint in the entry hallway as well as the bedroom closets. Also there were no shelves to put soap/shampoo/body wash inside the shower. You literally have to put them on the floor. I didn't like that. There's no art work at all in the apartment so it's kinda weird to have the nice modern furniture and no paintings anywhere. It was a safe and decent stay for us. Although I'm really picky I would still recommend. I already provided this feedback to BCA and they assured me that my suggestions would be considered. Team BCA Response: Thank you very much for your thoughtful feedback. We are sorry about the mix up with your keys at check in. Thank you for raising that to our attention and allowing us to resolve that for you. I have taken all your feedback to our team, and we have already started to make some changes. We loved your shower shelf feedback very much and have already started installing them in all our apartments. We hope to have you book again to let us know what you think. We are looking into your other suggestion as well. We always want our apartments to feel fresh and modern for all our guests. We keep them stocked with the essentials and encourage our guests to make themselves at home. We keep the decorations to a minimum to not take up too much space from guests since they book with us for months at a time. And you might be surprised to know that paintings have gone missing from us before.

Spectrum… more like SPECTACULAR!!!

Words don't do this justice. This apartment is absolutely astonishing, check-in was a BREEZE, and all the amenities make this apartment 5 stars in my book!! There are lots of restaurants and museums within walking distance so you can leave your car parked most of the time.

Our family business, “BCA Furnished Apartments” specializes in Vacation and Corporate Rentals.

All of our properties are located in the Midtown and Buckhead. We have the best Property Management Team! You will get a response from us during regular business hours (since we try to relax and spent time with friends and family on the weekends).

We pride ourselves on #Service. We select our properties based on #Location #Affordability and #Convenience. We then add a touch of #Style and our commitment to provide a clean and comfortable home for each of our guests.
