House is not clean at all. They also have plumbing work that needs to be taking care of. The upstairs shower leaks onto bed down stairs and the kitchen sink under neath was soaked with water that we had to clean up. We also had to wash all linens before sleeping. They were not cleaned. All in all it’s a very nice cabin but not taken care of. Major cleaning needs to be done.

Very disappointed location was hard to find Down in a hollow cabin had a musty smell there was a pad lock on the laundry room door no instructions on how to open it no instructions on how to work the air unit. Ice maker wasn’t working couldn’t find the out door garbage can just wasn’t happy with this unit also had to leave a day earlier because of a medical issue

I think they need to hire new cleaners. The cabin was not very clean. They definitely do not clean underneath the furniture. There’s dirty socks and stuff underneath the furniture. The tub was disgusting. There was shave trimmings still on the back of the sink behind the Spicket. Where you have to take the trash out too, was completely full with trash bags, gnats and flies everywhere when you open it up, they need to have the trash emptied. It’s nasty. Will I stay here again probably not.

We stayed from a mini weekend getaway for our anniversary. I read a review on another booking site after getting there and they were right. It was from May 2025 and nothing was fixed correctly. I wish I would have taken pictures. The toilet seat upstairs was strapped on with a zip tie. The shower stall upstairs was siliconed and white duct taped to cease a water leak that caused the 1st floor bedroom ceiling to sag. Which is held up by a piece of wood screwed up there. The ceiling light/fan we didn’t use. The fan blades were missing. Probably from water damage. The bathroom on the 1st floor needed a good deep clean. The shower walls were in need of a deep grout cleaning. It was red with mildew. I did bring Lysol wipes with us so I wiped everything down myself. Kitchen was cleanish. I wiped it down also. We did not cook, the handle on the oven was very loose and I wasn’t taking any chances of it falling off while I baked something. Handles on the fridge were missing. Ice maker was laying in the ice tray frozen in water. With all that said, this cabin could be really nice with some updates to the shower upstairs and ceiling fixed correctly on the 1st floor with a new ceiling light/fan. And a good deep clean to the whole place.

The property itself is fine, but it needs lots of love and attention. The place was SO dirty! Hair balls everywhere, dust falling off the fans, ants in the kitchen and nasty little flying bugs coming out of all drains. The yard grass was tall when we arrived and was never mowed the entire week we stayed there. Dogs got soaked everytime they went out in the morning. The firepit is sitting a foor from the woods so the mosquitoes make it impossible to enjoy. The rugs in the upstairs shower area look like they have never been washed. That is what you had to step out on after a shower. Many other problems, too many to write. This was our first experience with v r b o. It makes me question whether or not we will ever use their services again. I honestly, I would love to get a refund.

For the price it was good. It needs better cleaning and the yard area was overgrown. One bathroom had issues with toilet and shower that need work but the main bathroom was fine. The owner was responsive to our questions and helped get the TV back online. We enjoyed being out in the Cosby area.

Cozy and clean cabin

The Log Cabin A was charming, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's conveniently located near a laundromat, coffee shop, Dollar General, and a gas station—perfect for any immediate needs. While it's set a bit away from the main town and located on a main road, it still felt peaceful and quiet inside.Note that there’s no dishwasher, so you'll need to wash dishes by hand—but the kitchen sink is spacious and manageable. Laundry facilities aren't available on the property, but the nearby laundromat makes it easy to take care of that when needed.It's good to add coffee shop address instead the property address as the google map is taking you to some dead-end private property road.

Great place to stay

Had a wonderful experience staying here. It was a nice relaxing vacation away from the tourist areas. Very easy to get to Gatlinburg. Will stay again.

We loved it!!!

Everything was as described. We were all comfy. Plenty of room for four adults. I really liked sitting out back on the porch having coffee. Super nice great price!!

The cabin had a mildew smell to it. The bedroom fan was broke and the blinds wouldn’t open. Definitely needs some cosmetic work done to it. Cabin location needs lights or something so the driveway is easy to see at night.

Don’t waste your time

Awful. The cabin definitely needs some updates. It was not clean at all. The floors looked like they hadn’t been touched. The fact the shower leaks upstairs ONTO the downstairs bed..ridiculous. That needs to be fixed. Shouldn’t even be able to rent the place out when the shower leaks onto the bed. Beds aren’t comfortable at all. Washer and dryer was out of service so who knows if the sheets got washed. The fire alarm batteries were bad so they beeped all the time. We left a night early and drove back home just because it was so awful. Terrible and really think I deserve my money back.

Quiet and Peaceful

Quiet stay in a cute cabin that is exactly as described. Small FYI… we went in the off season so it was a little bit of a drive to get to restaurants and such, but definitely worth it for the restful stay.
