Awesome location with an unbeatable view of the mountain. Shuttle picks up right behind the house every 20 minutes so getting to the lifts is very convenient. Place was spacious, beautiful, and well stocked. Hosts responded to questions immediately and offered great tips. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a ski weekend!

Fantastic home! Very spacious and accommodating. Host was very quick to respond with all questions and concerns. Great location with a bus stop to Winter Park Ski slopes just minutes away. Perfect Vacation!

This home was perfect for our 11 person group! The kitchen was amazing for cooking all of our meals. The home was just right for us to relax, play pool and go skiing right down the road. It was just a sort drive to shop and enjoy cutting our Christmas tree in the Arapaho National Forest. We highly recommend staying at Lakota Reserve.

Great stay!

Beautiful home in a wonderful location. Plenty of space for our extended family. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and our course view is spectacular. Would stay here again.

Great Stay!

Wonderful time with 8 kids and 7 adults. More than enough room. No complaints! Took full advantage of the bar downstairs and the pool table. Easy commute to Winter Park.

Absolutely amazing property !

This house is exceptional. We had eleven adults and one infant, and it was perfect. King, Queen, and bunk beds. Lots of amenities, everything was well stocked. The beds were comfy and the decor beautiful. And much, much more!

This house was ll that is was advertised to be. We have 17 Cross Country girls and 5 adults stay for a week. It was a perfect home base for Gray's peak, Winter Park and Rocky Mountain NP. The basement easily housed 12+ girls.

Fantastic Home - Perfect for a large family

The house was just perfect. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. Comfortable and roomy! There was plenty of space for all of us to relax after skiing in the living/family rooms. It was a huge bonus to have the downstairs family/pool room! Winter Park Lodging was also fantastic. Their response time for any questions was excellent. Their communication during our stay was respectful and helpful. I can’t wait to return to Winter Park and would 100% stay at Lakota Reserve! It is a fabulous home!

Excellent house

Incredible views. High end home that was built more solid than Ft Knox. Kitchen is great, living room has the killer view of the slopes. All bedrooms have their own bathroom except for one in the basement (but that room has a bathroom right next to it so basically all have their own bathroom). Bar area, pool table/ ping pong table and massive tv downstairs is just awesome. Did a great hike a Jim’s Creek, just a couple miles east of the house. Property company was great to work with too. Highly recommend this place!

Great views and ideal location

Rented this home for an extended family ski vacation. Its location affords superb views of Winter Park resort and access to the mountain. The shuttle is less than a 50 yard walk from the front door plus only about a 2 minute drive over to the parking lot and/or passenger drop off. It’s about a 5 minute drive to downtown Winter Park with a plethora of dining and shopping options. The home is beautifully furnished, clean and has a very usable and well stocked kitchen. The home has plenty of lounging space on all 3 levels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Perfect in every way!

What an amazing home for our extended family to come together in beautiful Winter Park! We had 2 small children, 2 teens, and 10 adults - and we all had the time of our lives! Great meals for all cooked in a large kitchen with everything you would ever need! Almost all the couples had a king size bed and their own private bathroom! So much fun playing pool and ping pong and wonderful evenings in the hot tub! We played games, watched movies on nice big screen TV’s. So much room for everyone and amazing views! Definitely would want to stay right here if we make another trip back to Winter Park!

Amazing Property

The property is in immaculate shape. We had 12 people staying there for my daughters wedding at Headwaters. Condo was perfect location to the skiing and to Safeway and Headwaters. Hot tub was a big hit. Ample dishes, silverware,glasses so we did not have to keep washing things to eat our next meal. Appliance were top of the line!! The view from the living room of the mountain was breathtaking! Jill your team was the best. All property managers are not created equal. You guys are the tops!! Wonderful experience

Lakota Reserve

This property was perfect in every way. This property was one of the few to have 4 king size master bedrooms and since we were 4 retired couples, it was wonderful. The hot tub as thoroughly enjoyed and the clean Weber grill was perfect for our family grillmaster. Beautiful views of the slopes and easy access to the town of Winter Park. The bar was a bonus and enjoyed! We will definitely return in the future. There is so many sleeping rooms that we did not use since having 4 masters was important to us. Highly recommend!

Excellent

Our extended family spent a week at Lakota Reserve in July. We had 17 family members, ranging in age from 1 to 69. This was our second stay at the house, and once again it was the perfect lodging for our clan. The home's location, floor plan and, furnishings were just what we needed. The big fully stocked kitchen made meals a fun group affair. We enjoyed all the amenities including the pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, puzzles and games. The management company was very helpful during the trip planning stages and responsive to our questions and needs. We hope to gather again in Winter Park in the future, and will definitely start our plans by contacting the Winter Park Lodging Company.

Family Gathering

It was easy to book the Lakota Reserve. We were notified when payment was due. It was easy to check in. The management team was readily available and came quickly when we requested additional supplies. The location has a great view of the mountains and activities at Winter Park. The house is as advertised, the bedrooms easily accommodate 5 couples with separate bathrooms, and the bunk room also has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with tons of lovely Crate and Barrel dinnerware and great cookware by Caphalon — very impressed with the quality of the kitchenwares. We would come again.

Comfy 5-Star Retreat

Lakota Reserve was the perfect retreat after a long day of hiking for our friend group of 8. Perfect number of beds/baths for our group size and a fully stocked kitchen with a much-appreciated bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The home was spotless, and the fireplace and furnishings were all super cozy. In fact, our group had such good sleep at Lakota Reserve that we reached out to WPLC to find out the mattress and pillow brands! Speaking of - we were beyond impressed with the excellent service, attention to detail, and kind staff at Winter Park Lodging Company. WPLC helped us find the perfect home for our trip and checked in on us to make sure we made it to the home safely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All-in-all Lakota Reserve was an absolute gem, and we will be booking with Winter Park Lodging exclusively next time we find ourselves in the area!

Beautiful properties and incredible service

This company provides service that goes beyond your expectations. They make sure you have everything you need for your vacation and are happy to help! The ability to text rather than call makes it so much easier to contact them with any issues and they always take care of any concerns immediately. We will always book our vacations to Winter Park with them from now on. The house was beautiful and fully equipped to host our family of 17. There were plenty of dishes, silverware and towels. So many times you get somewhere that holds 17 but the supplies are really only enough for 10. This place was stocked and ready to go for our large family!

Thanksgiving 2024

The house is large with great views. We enjoyed staying there for the second time. However, the little things are not well managed. The house is not very clean, the towels are really low quality, the fire places don't work, light bulbs not working, pots and pans are not great, etc. The house really needs shades in the great room. The sun is so bright midday you can't even be in that room. In short, the house needs better up keep. With the rental rate, I would expect the seconds to be in better order. It would be a great house with a little renovation and better maintenance.
