Great home

We stayed with our adult kids and had a great time. The house was big enough for all of us, plenty of places to sit, big TVs and lots of fun things at the house. We spent most of our time at the parks otherwise we would have liked a day to enjoy the house. The only issue was with the rental company. We left a small item and had to use a third party to pick it up and mail it to us, which was inconvenient. I would have preferred to pay them to do it.

Nice property and location but property misses the mark in several areas

The property was nicely decorated, spacious, convenient and clean for the most part, and the club house and amenities were great. However, there were several items that need improvement in order for guests to want to come back: 1. Better or clearer conmunication regarding pool and hot tub not being heated. We were very disappointed to learn this upon arrival and that it could take up to 2 days for it to get heated )which made it not worth it to us since we wouldn't have time to enjoy it for most of our stay) 2. Smell of the sink/plumbing in the 1st floor full bathroom (every time we used the sink in the master bathroom on the 1st floor, it had a fish or sewer smell to it. Very disgusting and uncomfortable) 3. 1 or 2 of the bathrooms on the 2nd floor did not have enough wash clothes and there weren't enough blankets 4. The internet/wifi in the house barely worked most of the time we were there. We had to leave the house most days to get good phone reception. 5. Dishwasher didn't work well (didn't clean the dishes well) 6. Lack of cookware/ poor quality cookware/bakeware in the kitchen 7. Uncomfortable mattresses, especially on twin beds 8. Toilet in the 1st floor master suite bathroom wasn't flushing well.

Upon arrival we found the house not properly cleaned and the pool was green. We were asked to send pictures of the issues with no response. A pool guy game out shortly after our arrival for his weekly check in and had to shock the pool leaving it unusable for 24 hours. I was also told the spa was a hot tub prior to booking which it was not. Had I known that I wouldn't have booked and I specifically asked about the temperature. We were never given the gate codes for the resort which resulted in us not being able to walk from the house to amenities. The resort amenities closed at 6pm due to staffing issues, but were listed to be open until 11pm. The house was very big and served our big family vacation however I would not recommend to family/friends.

Good and Bad

The property was great for our 13 guests, we all had plenty of room and access to bathrooms. The issues we experienced were poor communications with property management. No reminders the day before arriving to know the process, poor responsiveness to phone calls and messages, then received conflicting messages. Had to leave the Disney park to stop off at the property management office for them to take a pic of drivers license and credit card... all could have been done using my cell phone prior to arriving. They had my money when I paid for the rental... found the personnel less than cooperative. Spent half a day of my Disney trip dealing with the property manager.

Vacation house

The house was beautiful. We had no problems what so ever. So easy to access our place which made our first family vacation a blast. I appreciate the keyless entry and the club house my children always had something to do. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone.
