Supposedly the soundproof windows block noise from Main Street. The windows don't do much for the road noise unfortunately. You feel like you are sleeping next to a highway. The manger didn't send me any other condo instructions such as wifi password, etc, until long after I arrived and asked, and could not find passwords written down anywhere inside the condo.
The bed has a thick memory foam topper which is unsupportive and uncomfortable. You literally feel like you are drowning, and your feet end up higher than your head. I had to remove the topper, and put it on the couch because there was no other space to put it.
All the cabinets were cluttered, and several cabinets were full of food that expired in 2020 and 2021. Mind you, my stay was last week, 2024! "Help yourself" it said on a note in the cabinets. No thanks! The drawers are full also, no storage space available.
I was baffled when I saw that the bathroom floor was covered in an animal skin rug. It was full of hair from other guests. The bathroom floor seemed like it was never cleaned before I got there. There was no broom or vacuum, so I used a swiffer from the closet. I told the mgr- she did not offer any monetary resolution for the issues. She offered unhelpful low value things such as sending the cleaner back AFTER I cleaned, and comping me dessert at a restaurant. She texted me incessantly. "Where are you dining? What are you drinking? Are you having fun?" Intrusive questions. Just dumb. Poor customer service.
