Great Location

Loved the house, was in a fantastic location, close to Old Mill and Deschutes River. House was big with great communal kitchen and lots of space for us all. Wonderful holiday vacation

Walk to it all!

Stayed with family, including a 10-yr old, and it was wonderful to be so close to the river where there was a lovely path to walk/bike/scooter around to coffee and restaurants. We had concert tickets at the nearby outdoor venue and walked to that too! The house had lots of room for us all and all of the amenities we needed.

Great location in Bend

House was perfect for my family consisting of six adults. Having three full baths was a plus. Kitchen well equipped for cooking a meal and opened to a family room so the cook could stay connected. We walked across the street to access the river path for some great morning and evening walks. The path goes through a shopping center known as ‘The Mill’ with great coffee, bakery, restaurants and more.

Amazing Stay in Bend

This beautiful property far exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. This was the most spotless home we've ever rented upon arrival. The location is amazing - right across the street from the park and river. Everything was perfect.

Bend Getaway Presidents' Day Weekend

Nice big house. Perfect for a large family or two small families. The house was nice and clean when we arrived, check in instructions were clear. Great location close to the Old Mill with a view of the river. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing time at the Ark! The house is very spacious giving everyone plenty of room to enjoy relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for big gatherings. It’s also in an incredible location, walking distance to the river trail and old mill district. Also perfect to head to Bachelor quickly! Will be back if we travel to Bend with a big group again!

Family ski trip to remember.

Great location,walking distance to Old Mill district and all it has to offer,less than half hour to Mt.Bachelor. The amenities and accommodations were perfect for the 6 of us but could handle at least 2 more with no problem. The Arc is on our return list..

The Ark

We had a great time in the Ark. We had everything we needed. It was walking close to Deschutes River, a great park, & amphitheater. Short drive to restaurants, rafting and fishing trip pickups and grocery! A lovely time.

The Ark

We stayed at The Ark, a large house in Bend, Oregon. Our contact was helpful with questions. We had plenty of space and comfy beds. The house was clean and comfortable. It was close to walking trails and shopping in a great location. Plenty of cookware for home meals. I would think it would be great for summer as you can walk to Farewell Bend to get in your inner tube and float downstream!

Overall good to great experience. Great location and easy access. A suggestion for improvement is to have instructions for use of the TVs. We weren’t able to get sound out of the TV or sound bar for the TV in the master bedroom.

The Ark

The house was big, well appointed, and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Loved the area, very convenient. . Short walk to the river and walking path to old town. The owner was very prompt and helpful with all communication. We had to leave early because of smoke and air quality issues and the owner was incredibly understanding and generous and gave a refund for the unused nights! I absolutely recommend this property!

Great location and comfortable house

We traveled to Bend with four generations of our family to watch my brother participate in a triathlon at Fareway Park. We loved staying at this house because of its great location (we walked to everything), comfortable space, and well equiped kitchen. We have stayed at many vacation rentals as a large family group before and this kitchen was much better equiped than many other homes. You will love this house.

Comfortable space, centrally located

A very clean, comfortable, and quiet location. The kitchen was well apportioned but would have been challenging to cook and feed a big crowd as the table is a bit small and the family room was surprisingly small and without a TV--so hosting a watch party here isn't going to work. WHile the bedroms were good sized, all were with queen beds--which was suprising as the master was huge and warrented a king. The very sheer window coverings were no match for the 525am sun for a house full of non-morning people. But it was very comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Great location!

Our family stayed here for a week in April and we loved staying at this house. The location was perfect. We could easily drive to many restaurants all in 5-10 mins. The driving distance to hiking trails was also very nice. The master bedroom was a good size and we enjoyed looking out towards the river from the balcony. The bedrooms are on a separate floor from the main living area so there was just one set of stairs to worry about for a small child. Our 18 month old child sometimes wondered over to the stairs but since they were away from the loving room it wasn’t an issue to keep him from trying to climb up. We’d definitely come back but probably prefer a warmer month next time when we could take full advantage of the river!

Large House, Plenty of Space

We had thanksgiving here. There was ample room for all of us! Everything was extremely clean, there were enough towels to go around. I communicated with Alan and he responded promptly. The house had a great location and close to the old mill. There was a wonderful walking path nearby also.
