Comfortable Stay in a Great Kihei Location

Very comfortable stay with a responsive host and a well-equipped home. The Kihei location is great and convenient. The balcony had a partial ocean view, but overall everything was smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend.

Beautiful condo - very comfortable and a great location for us. Too bad the instructions said to see the "property manager" and there was none.

Vacation Stay

Wonderful spot to stay in. Just a few minutes drive into town near the food life. Right across the street from a glorious beach! My group watched the sunset each night out there. This rental is stocked with beach supplies, an ocean view from the deck, multiple fans, AC, and a smart tv! This place was clean and quite. We WILL BE RETURNING!

Adequate

Overall was fine. Having stayed in multiple vacation properties there are some basic expectations. Had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper etc. These are basic needs for people who, when purchased, will likely not use up during shorter stays. The property itself was mostly clean (bedding/towels), could use a deep scrubbing. For the price, I expected nicer. The photographer was A+ as the pictures made it appear nicer/brighter. Not a bad stay, just a little disappointing. This is a great property for families with small children as you would not worry about Messi g things up.

Just stayed in Jan 24. The property is exactly as advertised. The ocean is just across the street, and it is a great location on the island with lots of things to do just a quick drive away. The property manager was very friendly and communicative. During our stay the washing machine was broken, but the property manager and cleaner were very apologetic.

Just ok

Are the windows in the bedrooms are not real windows, but are shutter windows, so you cannot stop the hot air from coming in. The air conditioning in the living room will not cool the bedrooms down so it’s quite a challenge to sleep at night unless you’re used to sleeping in 80° rooms. I overall condition of the property is OK but not great. Since we did book one of the cheapest properties available, we were OK with it, but would never stay here again.

Spacious with great amenities . Enjoyed the sunset from the balcony !

We stayed for a week and had an awesome experience. Clean and airy ! Comfy beds and you can’t beat the balcony . Great location . A vehicle would be handy but the near by !

Nice property easy to check in and out, bedrooms are a little hot because they are only allowed to have 1 AC so it's in the living room. Unfortunately the weekend we stayed heat index tied the record for Kihei and had to pile up in the living room to sleep comfortably. All in all 4 stars could have been 5 if the property would let the owner put more ACs

Great location!

The location was fantastic and easy to get to. Pools were nice and quiet. Unit was amazing and had everything we needed. Hot water was an issue when we both used the shower at once. Other than that it was a great resort!

amazing condo in perfect location

Can't say enough how wonderful this condo is! We came with two young kids and the condo had comfortable beds, good kitchen for cooking - everything we needed. The location is perfect - right across from the beach. It is also next to the pool, where we spent at least some time every day. The other families in the complex were kind and welcoming - yet it also felt like we had enough of our own space (no shared ventilation etc) to feel secure in Covid times. Most especially Lynn, the condo manager was kind and helpful - felt like we had a caring family member ready to help out. I recommend staying here any chance you get!!

Great place to stay

Clean, tidy, efficient place to stay. Good location as a jumping off point for a lot of adventures. Nice pool area close by with grills that come in handy for a nice meal after a long day of play. Would definitely stay here again.

They had a small cooler and beach umbrella for us to enjoy. This unit had all the extras that we can enjoy at the beach. Definitely going to come back.

Maui at its' best location

The property if great with just thirty paces and your on the beach. Simple walk across for every sunset and a view of two other islands. Close enough to groceries and shopping but far away enough to be AWAY. Ten minutes, in either direction to boat launch and tour boats. Great place to relax. Will be going back.

Excellent Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kihei Holiday! It's a super location and convenient to everything Maui has to offer. The beach is only steps from your door and the condo is well equipped with chairs, cooler, beach towels and all the necessities. We would definitely recommend this stay to family and friends!

Great stay!

We stayed at this property for a week. The location was awesome. Great starting point to a lot of different destinations around the island. I like that it was not on a busy part of town yet very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo was tastefully decorated and fully stocked. We had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrella, household items and cookware. The condo was clean, airy and cosy. We felt at home. We also took advantage of the hot tub and pool. My kids enjoyed their afternoons by the pool after sightseeing. One of the most attractive features for me personally was the proximity to the beach. Every morning I would cross the road and enjoy my coffee looking at the ocean and every evening I would sit at the beach to look at the sunset. Truly magical feeling. The owners were very kind and responsive to all our questions. We hope to be back next year for sure!
