The house was as advertised - lots of beds, nice pool, etc. The house lacked some basic essentials such as dish soap, sponge, extra paper towels, and extra toilet paper. Aside from this the host communicated well, it was a quiet, gated, neighborhood, and the clubhouse offered additional amenities. Price was fair for what we got.

Home was very easy to find and the check-in process was very simple and very well explained. Just felt it needed a deep cleaning. Close enough to everything but also far enough that you have better choices for dinner than just the parks, if that’s what you’re here for. I would rent this place again and would recommend it as well. Thanks for the stay

Had an amazing stay. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent communication from the host; fast friendly responses. Truly appreciated the available baby items at the property to use. Also, enjoyed the well stocked kitchen items and dishes. Would suggest getting dish towels to hand wash dishes (cups/ silverware ) and pot holders; other than that very nice kitchen set up.

very family friendly. We had two small children (3yo & 5yo) and it was great to have the kitchen available for breakfast before a big day at Disney and dinner after a long day. The pool was a big plus in the afternoons. It was close proximity to all the parks, we didn't mind driving 15-20 miles to avoid the hotel madness. It's a quiet neighborhood and that was great for the kids to sleep at night.

Here’s a polished version of your VRBO review:This home was incredibly spacious and exactly what our family needed. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing.I have to say, the cleanliness of this home was exceptional—easily one of the cleanest vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. We brought extra towels and washcloths just in case, but there were plenty available for our group of seven, especially with the convenience of having a washer and dryer on-site.The swimming pool was a huge hit with the grandchildren. While we did need to request a cleaning shortly after arrival, the host responded promptly and took care of it right away. It didn’t disrupt our vacation at all, and we appreciated the quick attention. If there were one minor drawback to mention, it would be that the grill required a separate rental fee. We chose not to rent it, which meant all of our cooking was done indoors. However, this was a small issue compared to everything else the property offered.Overall, I highly recommend this home for its value, outstanding cleanliness, and abundance of space. The pool was truly the icing on the cake and made for a memorable family vacation.

We had a great time with our family at the house. Relatively close to the Disney parks and enough space to be in separate areas of the house when needed. Pool and hot tub were nice after a long day in the parks or down day. While the hot tub took a long time to get to a reasonably warm temperature, we’ll account that due to the outside temperatures. We didn’t have time to use the community amenities but will do that the next time we stay here. Would recommend this as an option for a large family and friends.

This resort was everything and more. Every age group was covered with fun. 20 minutes from Disney World. The resort club house had everything we needed to enjoy the gym and the pool...the icing on the cake was the water slide in the middle of the pool. The kids had a ball.
