Pool was very nice. A few more kitchen utensils would’ve been helpful. An information binder on operational items would’ve also answered our questions without having to call the property manager. A guest sign in book is always fun. House had plenty room and open space. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for groups

Loved that we weren’t on top of each other. Everyone got their own bathroom and didn’t have issues fighting for space. I saw other reviews say it was outdated and that is inaccurate, maybe new carpets since they are worn but that had no effect on our stay.

Pleasantly Surprised

My only complaint is with the gate guard. Haitian lady with the broken one armed glasses. She was extremely rude to my guest who were younger and in a separate vehicle than I. The rental home was absolutely better than I experienced it to be. There were minor things that noticed about the home such as broken blind slats at the glass door, and the glass door didn’t lock but didn’t distract from the overall cleanliness of the home. I was told that the property didn’t allow pets but the garage reeked horribly of dog. Couldn’t enjoy the pool table due to the smell of dog.

Family Vacation

House was perfect for 13 people definitely gave us lots of space. My only complaint was the amount of broken or damaged furniture on the main floor. Furniture inside and out definitely in rough shape and we were not impressed with that

Orlando family fun

We wanted a place close to the parks and other Orlando attractions. This place was a perfect find. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 10. Nice swimming pool and hot tub after long days of walking. We could get around with ease. Thanks for the stay!

All good but the beds and bedding needs to be upgraded. Location is great! I would also suggest a BBQ as they have a cheap old unit that is chained up?

Family and friends Disney Vacation

Property suited our needs. Lots of space for the kids to play and for adults to relax. Location was convenient for travelling to the parks and for shopping. Was a bit warm at night in the bedrooms.

Perfect large home for Florida vacation.

This property met all of our expectations for our large family of 15. The gate on the upper level and fenced in pool made it very safe for small children. We spend a day at Disney and a day at Legoland and both parks were easily accessible by car from this location and the clubhouse amenities were very enjoyable.

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) I recently rented this property for my trip to Disney World, and while my overall experience was decent, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The location was fantastic, making it easy to access the parks. However, the property itself is in need of some updates. Certain amenities felt outdated, and a bit more attention to detail would enhance the overall comfort of the stay. Despite these issues, I still had a good time and appreciated the convenience of the location. With some renovations, This property could be a real gem for future visits! Feel freeL your experience!

Mixed bag

Home is large and plenty of space for a group of 13. Nice neighborhood with water park near. The mattresses are just bad. The carpet is filthy and whoever cleans the place should be replaced. Ally (owner) was responsive and flexible!

Worked well for our family

Overall, it was a great stay. Perfect size for our family of 10 as everyone had their own space too. Pool was perfect and the kids used it constantly when we were home. Did a lot of cooking throughout our month-long stay. As others have alluded to, the home is in need of some TLC. Living room furniture is torn and uncomfortable. Carpet needs to be replaced and patio needs power washed. Ally was super attentive from the beginning and throughout our stay.

Memorial weekend

The house was nice and as shown on the picture but it needs to be cleaned better. If you have little one I wouldn’t recommend this house bc the neighbors are very loud, music, loud cars, smoking weed, and drinking. We couldn’t enjoy the pool bc of the smell of weed was bad and the girls were topless. We actually left a day early bc we didn’t feel safe.

Nice but not luxurious

The location is much further away from the water park than what it show in the picture. You don’t find the address until after you book. You may have neighbors that play loud music after hours. We found it hard to sleep. However they left and it was much better.

Vacation from England

The property was very clean. People are right when they say the downstairs furniture is uncomfortable and in need of some TLC. Some of the furniture was broken and we alerted Ally who said she would deal with it for future customers. There are not enough big pans to cook for 15 but we made do. The games room doesn’t have a basketball net in there and looks quite tired. However, the pool was a great hit and we all had a good time.

Average stay

The house is overall nice and met our needs. The neighborhood is gated. The kids had a great time in the pool! The house was mostly cleaned well. The house seems to be for rental purposes only. There are very few basic necessities provided, which is different from what I've experienced with other rentals. The downstairs family room sofas are small for the amount of people the house can accommodates and one is broken. The carpet upstairs is dirty. The house next door also seems to be a rental only and as other reviewers mentioned, seems to attract a more rowdy crowd. I only mention this because the pool areas are very close together with no privacy from that neighboring house. We saw two groups of people come and go, both smoking weed and drinking outback. The house description mentions an additional fee to heat the pool. That also includes the hot tub, which I assumed was separate and included. Lastly, it took a good 25-30 minutes to get to the parks with traffic.

Not as advertised.

The pictures of the house itself were accurate, and the size of the house was great for my group. However, there was no lazy river, play ground, club house, etc. As was pictured in the posting. The beds were not good, and the kitchen could have been appointed better for families and people who want to cook. The biggest issues were that there was no manual as was indicated in our instructions. I paid for the pool to be heated and it was FREEZING. There was no resolution when I let the owner know and the local property manager's office was rude and unhelpful.

Appalling lack of customer service and cleanliness

Here is a summary of the issues we had during our stay. 1. General lack of cleanliness. There was mildew in the showers, the carpet was extremely old and disgusting, and there were prior guest’s hair in beds. If you looked under the beds, there was trash, and a buildup of dust bunnies that to me signals a lack of thorough cleaning. 2. The beds were extremely uncomfortable: the mattresses were horrible, the bedding was old and very worn and the pillows were as thin as pancakes.3. Broken furniture: the legs of the sofa in the living room were broken off and it was just sitting on the ground. The other sofa was in similarly poor condition with rips in the material. 4. There were no necessities provided to use appliances (coffee filters for example). The pans that are provided in the house are extremely worn and scratched up. 5. Funny tasting water: it is of note that we had to buy bottled water for our stay.6. No basketball hoop pop-a-shot in the garage as is advertised in the photos. There were also no toys/games in the house as advertised. 7. The downstairs heat did not work (set heat to 69 and temp remained around 63 degrees downstairs the entire stay- this was in January)8. No refund for services paid for: despite paying the 40 per day heat fee, the heater on both were not working the entire time we were there and the property manager refused to make the situation right.

Could use some replacements and repairs

I was unable to use the pool and spa because there were no hand rails to assist in getting in and out. The screens around the pool were torn. There was evidence of ants all around the pool. Some shrubs would be very nice to separate the pools in the back. It felt like we were sharing our space in the pool with the people on either side The table on the lanai was warped and the glasses tipped if the weren’t placed very carefully. Grab bars would be wonderful in the showers. The washer made a loud clicking nose the whole time it was running so we could not run it if someone was sleeping downstairs. Many of the dresser drawers were broken and unusable. The children’s rooms were wonderfully whimsical. The property provided plenty of space for my entire family.
