Overall our stay was pleasant and we would consider this property again if we needed in the area. It was nice to have room for everyone and the privacy of the backyard with shade was enjoyable.

Great family property

Our family stayed (4 generations) all together for a high school graduation in the area. Beautiful and relaxing property, plenty for kids of all ages to do, awesome kitchen, and great location! Had everything we needed, and was close to trials. Great for our dogs as well!

We had 4 generations stay all together in this home, and there was something for everyone! Loved the kitchen, we cooked a lot and it was fully stocked. The outdoor space speaks for itself, the kids (ages 1-18) had a blast in the pool, mini golf etc.

Celebration

The property was beautiful along with the neighborhood. It had everything we could have asked for and some. The only sad part was that the pictures showed us a diving board but it was not there but we made the best of it and had a blast!!! We are already planning another stay!

Graduation/Family reunion

We met family in town to celebrate a GCU graduation. We reconnected with each other and met new members to the family. The property allowed us time and space to hang out and have fun. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back again someday!

Perfect

This was our second time staying in the house for a multi family vacation. It is just perfect place; plenty for the kids to do trampoline, pool, mini golf, hide & go seek, while the adults can relax and have fun without worrying about mosey neighbors! The house is spaced out really well. It’s it’s on a very large lot, so swimming late or playing music at night was not an issue. I look forward to staying here again next summer.

Awesome home away from home. Incredible host

Spent four days over New Years. This home has so many things for families to do . Pool, ping pong, basketball, very large putting green with several holes, huge living room and kitchen. A swimming pool and it’s very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend. The owner is an incredible host and very responsive. We loved it. Will come back when we are are visiting phoenix in the future

Not clean and lots of broken things but amazing location/size/layout

- trampoline netting was broken and off - there were at least 3 pieces of outdoor furniture that were broken or rusted out, safety hazards (one chair just gave out with someone sitting in it) - every table, chair, surface, etc outside was really dirty and we had to clean before we could use - kitchen hadn't been cleaned, food was all over the cook tops - we couldn't figure out how to use the oven, the manager replied "I don't know, I'm a guy" - master bed braces under the bed just broke and gave out in the middle of the night - two sinks had leaks - when we checked in, the master bath towel hook was out of the wall and just on the ground with screws, which we stepped on Summary is that the location, size and layout of this house are all amazing. It needs to be better kept up and maintained, then it'll be a great place to stay.

It's a nice house if you don't look too close.

The property had several broken items, the owner was snotty and rude, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the floor was filthy, and the living room was at least 10 degrees hotter than any other room in the house. There were several people coming and going from the property that we were not informed about a head of time. This house doesn't have a diving board so even though it is pictured and listed in the amenities IT IS A LIE!

Fantabulous!!

Oh my gosh! This house is the most family friendly place we have ever stayed! There is sooooo much to do, really, something for every age! We came to swim, but had swim free hours between 10 and 3 everyday because we're not used to the heat and didn't want anyone to burn crispy. :) The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay, but our kids loved all the choices of things to do when we weren't swimming. Pool table, foosball, ping pong, basketball, air hockey, yard games, golf, trampoline... I think it is literally impossible to be bored at this place! The house is huge with such a fun layout. We had everything we needed. The location is superb. You side swipe all the valley traffic but still have tons of places to eat and shop. (Ammos Mediterranean Grill is our family favorite.) The host, Michael, is beyond great! Super accommodating and responsive. We loved our stay sooooooooo much!

Just ok

I’ll start with the positives: ease of booking, check in, ample parking, spacious and location. Things I was disappointed in: pictures in property made the house look newer/nicer than it was. I noticed a few items in the house that could’ve used updating/repairs (vertical blinds were broken, door handle in bathroom loose/came off, fridge/freezer was a bit rickety), you can tell this was a rental property that was only minimally maintained, the pool wasn’t as nice/clean as the picture showed, the kitchen lacked many amenities (ample pots/pans, dishes, cutting boards, utensils, griddle, standard kitchen tools), some doors didn’t shut all the way, and the price of the rental was too high for the property. Additionally, I thought it was strange that the landscapers and pool guy both showed up without notice from the owner. We had teenage girls staying and I’m glad they were not outside. I would not stay here again.

The host was amazing and prompt when we messaged him about our needs. He was really fast in getting back to us and very nice. Our issues about the property were; all of the pool floaties had holes so we had to buy new ones. What looks like a full size air hockey table in the pictures is very small and didnt fully work. I am aware there was a rain storm 2 days prior to our arrival but I was the one who had to clean off all 3 tables and chairs out back. There was tons of dirt all over the back patio. The primary bath toilet needs to be replaced... the valve inside the tank was held together by a paper clip so it broke twice. There were no condiments at all. Not a big issue but every rental property weve ever stayed at had all the main condiments. There are broken and lose tiles all throughout the house. The handle on the bathroom door by the game room fell off. The cheap plastic cups with designs on them stained my top. There was one whisk with no handle. I feel that if this house had some TLC, was updated and was shown some attention by the owner, it would've received 5 stars and not many complaints.

Great Family Retreat full of activities, tons of living space and a great location

Awesome home full of family fun and great living space. Great location near restaurants, shopping and Phoenix attractions. The owner is a great host and very responsive. Will definitely book when we are back in the area.

The home was clean and had a lot of family activities from swimming to mini golf.

If I had anything to complain about would be the water pressure and hot water issues we experienced but a plumber was sent out the next morning to fix it! Unfortunately it was a holiday and he was unable. We figured out how to adjust the handles to get warmer water!

Great week away

The house was perfect for our 3 families (6 adults & 6 kids) for 7 days. Plenty of room for everyone and a lot of options for the kids with the pool, trampoline, putting green, pool table… Neighbors were far away, so us making noise never seemed to be a problem.

Just got home after spending a week here and our family loved it. Plenty of space and things to do!

Home was spacious and pool was great for the hot Arizona weather! Plenty of activities that kept our whole group busy. There were a few things that could use updating but we would stay again!

Not Like Pictures

In the photo display of this property everything looked so nice & inviting. After spending 5 days there we felt that the photos were not as accurate as we expected. Many of the items in the home were broken or didn’t work properly namely: 1) chair in living room was broken & not usable. 2) chair in master bedroom was badly worn & sunken on the seat. 3) sofa in game room area was badly worn & extremely uncomfortable to sit on. 4) foosball table in game room was broken. 5) air hockey table on patio did not work & was very old. 6) picture in one of the guest rooms fell off the wall & hit our guest while he was sleeping. 7) internet did not work. (had to travel to café to get work done) 8) tv’s in bedrooms did not work due to no internet connection. 9) towel rack in master bath fell off. 10) BBQ was not very clean. 11) freezer drawer was difficult to open & close. (old refrigerator) 12) kitchen was not very well-appointed. Was expecting a beautiful & relaxing atmosphere (as the pictures depicted) but when we arrived, it was far from that experience. When you travel that far & spend that much for a place to stay you expect pristine – this was not pristine!

Holiday trip

The place was perfect for my grandchildren. They loved pool table, ping pong, fuse-ball and everything else. The house was clean and close to several walking trails. The hot water was a little tricky to get in the master bathroom, but we figured out you need to run the hot water in tub for a minute or two then you had it in the shower.

Wow!

The house was beautiful and in a great area. Six flags is a few minutes down the road and hiking is nearby. The house was big enough for the whole family and pool was amazing. We will be back!
