Second time staying here!

I stayed here for the second time for Mardi Gras. The parade comes right past the condo and it was the perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Condo was perfect and very clean. Will stay again next year!

Beautiful

PROPERTY: The property is as listed and very well managed and updated. We stayed during the peak of spring break and knew we would most likely encounter loudness, but it was quiet and relaxing. The condo has a full stock kitchen (large set of dishes, cups, wine glasses, cookware) and many many blankets (as someone from the Midwest who is always cold even in warm weather this was appreciated) most do not have. We never made it to the pool as our son is obsessed with the beach. The owner had a wide selection of kids beach toys and several chairs. The condo building itself also had a bin by the beach for its tenants to utilize (body boards, sand toys, chairs…). Easily walkable to many restaurants and stores.OWNER: Kelly was easy to get a hold of and answered in a timely manner. She sent “need to know” messages ahead of time and was willing to answer anything additional.We very much enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

Lovely property on the beach

We just wanted a place to stay to walk on the beach, eat good seafood and be lazy. This property was ideal. It was clean, well maintained and had good parking. we had a couple of small problems and the host was quick to take care of them for us. Highly recommend.

Overall, the condo was very nicely updated in the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and I loved the beach decor, which beside the location, helped me to decide on this unit. However, I think the sofa (cushion and cleanliness) has seen its better days. The owner also provided beach chairs, toys, umbrella as well as board games in the unit which I didn't expect!Our main complaints were related to the housekeeping service and quality of bedding. I noticed on the first night that the bed linen was clean but had darkened marks/stains and were very thin; I expected bedding to be more equal to suite class hotel. One bathroom had dusty vents and dirty (white) door frames, and questionable clean toilet.Within minutes I contacted the owner to share my issues, and she immediately answered, sincerely apologized, and we came up with a temporary solution until it was fully addressed the next day to my satisfaction. I was also glad I brought a sleep mask which is highly recommended if like me you are light sensitive to light coming through windows and blinds.

I would not stay here again

The HVAC stopped working half way through our trip. No response from the owner. Also, waste management picked up the dumpster before 6 am twice during our stay. It was extremely loud and even though we were on the fourth floor, it sounded like it was directly outside our door. The only positive thing I can say about our stay was it was easy access to the beach. Plenty of other places to stay besides this location.

Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was clean and updated. Steps from the sand and within walking distance to everything including the Hangout. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and there were beach supplies in the bunk room closet for our use. The host was very friendly and parking and check-in/check-out were a breeze. We would love to stay here again!

Great option for a VRBO stay in Gulf Shore EXCEPT.....

there was a lot of mildew in the master bedroom closet. Mildew on top and below shelf running 3/4 of the length of the closet. Because of the mildew, we left Sunday morning instead of Monday morning. There is no way the cleaning crew should have missed the mildew if they opened the closet door to put things away. Hubby has severe allergies so he slept on the bunkbed. He said the lower bunkbed mattress' coils were poking through to his back. Top mattress was much more comfortable. Master bath sink was draining very slow - noticed it as soon as I washed my hands He pulled out a huge clump of hair. Drained fine afterwards. Again cleaning crew should have noticed it even if they only ran water in the sink for 5 seconds. The condo is cute...modern beachy decor. Nicer balcony furniture them some I have stayed at and of course the awesome view. Close to food and activities. Was quiet...didn't hear street noise or even noise from other guests. Easy check-in/out. No issues with parking or the elevator to the 4th floor. Has a lot of potential. Little things though, take away from its potential. Paint on the doorknobs and other places it shouldn't be - just poor workmanship or laziness to not take a paint thinner or even just a wet rag and rub it off. If the mildew was not present, I would recommend staying there.

Adorable condo! Great location!

We had a great time in Gulf Shores and enjoyed this condo and its great location. This condo seems like it was recently decorated and the decor, flooring, bedding etc. was very nicely done and super cute. The furnishings were nice and there is a big dining table to seat 6, if needed. The kitchen appliances worked great and we found everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen as we made most of our meals there. This condo was very clean and well-maintained. We had two adults and two teen boys. The bunk room was great for them and there was the right amount of space for all of us. The master bed was comfortable and there was a good amount of closet space to unpack into. It’s not a huge condo, which we knew when we booked it, but big enough for the four of us and served us well. We thought it was a great value. The balcony was big enough to enjoy coffee in and read and look out at the waves. The location is great! Close to everything in Gulf Shores and centrally located so Orange Beach isn’t far either. The boys could safely walk down to the shops and ice cream which were very close. We liked that we were a half mile from the Hangout so we could walk there. Also exactly one mile from Gulf Shores State Park, so a quick drive or nice walk to get there. The beach in front of the condo was not too crowded. The property owner was great to work with a quick to respond. Thanks for a great week Kelly!

I loved everything about this beachfront condo. It was very clean, right on the beach, had a private balcony overlooking the ocean, was close to restaurants and entertainment, had beach supplies for us to use during our stay, had an bunch of board games for a rainy day, etc. Host was exceptional and provided suggestions for restaurants and activities during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Perfect condo and location!

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo for thanksgiving. It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook thanksgiving dinner (spices, cookware, bakeware, utensils, etc.). It also had beach chairs and toys for us to use which was very thoughtful of the host. Perfect location right on the beach and within walking distance to tons of restaurants. We loved our stay and will be coming back next year.

First beach trip with kids

This was our kids first time going to the beach and they had such a great time. This little condo is so great. Very clean and they had provided everything! We had brought our stuff for the beach but they had a wagon in the kid’s closet that we used to bring our stuff. They had beach chairs but we had already brought ours. The only thing is would complain are the mattresses and pillows. The mattress were very hard and the pillows flat. I recommend bringing her own pillow and if you have back problems, bring a mattress topper. Other than that, a great location for a small family!
