Hot tub and pool were great. The furniture is a little old but that didn’t deter us from having a good time. Plus all the reviews said that. Beds were comfy. Nice having three bathrooms. And big plus was easy access to the gulf and the free bus that takes you all over the island.

Beach access was right across the street. Very handy and easy to get to. The place was very clean and the pool, hot tub and grounds were very well maintained. Close to the grocery store too. The only thing was the couch and chairs are old, dirty, worn and outdated. I would suggest putting in recliners and maybe a loveseat. Loved our stay there and hope to return again next year.

Everything in the condo worked as expected. Nice quiet location yet close to everything. Dennis was a particularly accommodating host and was easily available to help with our questions. He made an extra effort to let us know as soon as our condo was cleaned so we could get in earlier than expected.

Perfect location: grocery store, beach, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance!! This townhouse is huge and very well stocked. Pool area is nice with plenty of loungers. Lots of bang for your buck here! Way more than I expected for the price. Beautifully decorated with nice, comfy furniture. Definitely will look into staying here next time we’re near SPI.

Property was as listed. Across the street from beach access, on the same road as the small grocery store, and in a great location. Property was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend!
