Host was absolutely wonderful. They answered all questions promptly, and had great informative communication. Home was as listed, and we enjoyed the kitchen! There was everything we needed and more. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Absolutely no complaints

We were overall happy woth our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with tools to bake simple cookies for Christmas. The only thing that we disnt like was that the hot tub was not ready for use. Someone did come out to clean it while we were there, but it was disappointing to not have full use of a liated amenity.

Another great stay

Great owner communication, location and amenities. This is our second stay and we will stay here again. There is plenty of space for everyone and quick access to all attractions.

Great place to stay!

The condo was a great place to stay and close to everything we needed. Short drive to Disney and Universal which made the trip even better. Clean, lots to do in the game room (Pac-Man a personal fav!!). Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay off Disney resorts!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The owners were extremely communicative leading up to our stay and answered any questions quickly. The house had everything our party of 3 adults and 4 kids needed. We loved the hot tub and the view of the lake. Thank you!

Exactly as advertised!

Very clean and pleasant condo in a gated community with a lovely lake and swimming pool. Owner very responsive and we would stay here again for sure.

Everything was amazingly perfect!

Property was just as described! Quiet, close to everything and our family fit nicely in the 4 bedrooms! The owner was always available by email and responded quickly! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Exactly as pictured

We had a great week in Florida. The property was conveniently located and perfect for our family of 6! The hot tub is a great way to relax at the end of the day.

Perfect For Disney Trip

Home was clean, comfortable and perfect location for a Disney trip! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great showers! Beautiful setting with pond and birds! Great having coffee on the screened porch and a hot tub too!!! Our host Austin was so accommodating and made communications so easy! I would recommend this townhouse 100%!!

Second visit!

Once again, we had a great visit to this property. Great communication with the owner. Easy check-out process. The property could use a refresh but wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

Absolutely perfect!

This property checked all the boxes. We spent a week here with 5 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone to wind down from long days at theme parks. It was exactly as listed. My kids (and husband) loved the games! Everything was clean. The owner was great at communicating. We definitely plan on staying here again the next time we come to Orlando.

Adult vacation

6 of us adults stayed here. The property was as advertised. Check in was super easy and Austin was wonderful to deal with. Having the hot tub located within our own unit was amazing after some long park days. The area was nice, quiet and relaxing. This unit was very close to the main pool area which was great and was facing the pond which we found quite beautiful. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks Austin

Soso vacay

The home itself was very welcoming and clean. We enjoyed the home but lack of communication forced us to be without tv in master bedroom owner of home was told staff would resolve that matter no one returned to fix the situation also their is no tvs in two bedroom upstairs felt like not having TVs in the two bedrooms upstairs, and a nonworking TV in the master bedroom was what gave me the negative outlook for this trip other than that everything was fine

Thanks again for choosing us for your stay. We always strive for a great stay for our guest but we know situations arise. We attempted to resolve the remote control issue and although it could not be resolved, we did issue a credit as a courtesy. We do show in our listing that there are not TVs in the smaller rooms but there is one in the game loft. It’s unfortunate the lack of TVs although disclosed lowered your expectation but we hope to have you as a future guest despite the remote control issue.

Wonderful, spacious and convenient!

We stayed at the property for a week with our 3 older kids. It was great to have 3 bathrooms and everyone had their own room. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. It was close to all the attractions we visited. The screened in porch was the perfect place for morning coffee and watching turtles and birds. The Hottub felt great on sore muscles after a long day at theme parks. Communication with the owner was great. The thermostat battery died and he was quick to have someone out to fix it. The pool was close by and the club house had a great gym. We would choose this place first again!

Find something else

Upon check-in, we attempted to use the hot tub, but it was overloaded with chemicals, causing my son and me to experience choking and illness. I promptly escalated the issue with the owner, that evening. However, the subsequent days were marked by a series of unproductive exchanges with minimal resolution. I grew frustrated with the prolonged argument via chat with the owner. It was not until our final days that he acknowledged the tub required servicing. Furthermore, the property lacked essential amenities, including toilet paper, dish detergent, and laundry detergent, necessitating our purchase of these items. The overall condition of the property also required improvement, particularly in terms of cleaning, including dusting, dirty floors, and air ducts. Additionally, several floor tiles were broken, and repairs were needed on the walls.

We do apologize that your stay was unsatisfactory. I did address the hot tub as it was sanitized before your arrival. We corresponded immediately when you brought it to our attention and sent out maintenance to review. I requested additional information to help resolve the issue and you stopped responding with no further communication during the remainder of your stay. We also disclose prior to your booking and arrival that we start you off with essential paper products. You were aware but became irate upon checking out when this was the first time I was made aware with a vulgar message in my Ring camera with profanity and name calling which you failed to mention in your review. I would have gladly resolved all your concerns if I was aware including a refund but I was not given the opportunity.

Nice little townhome

Everything was exactly how it was shown on the listing, nothing was out of place. Hot tub was hot, internet worked round the clock, beds were comfy. Not one gator was spotted. Water pressure was a bit low on the showers but that’s it. I’d stay again.

Amazing

It was a wonderful stay! Even though there were a few maintenance issues when we arrived, I was able to talk quickly with Austin. My cousins and I really enjoyed playing in the game room. My family and I went to the pool in the community almost every day. Would definitely come again!

Orlando vacay

Plenty of space for all of us. Owner was very responsive when we had issues. Home was easy to access and close to attractions and stores. Previous renters must have lost some spoons as we only had 3 Tablespoons but once we informed the owner, he brought some new spoons over while we were out enjoying the day. The ceiling fans were quite dirty but informed the owner as well…hopefully these will be cleaned for the next renter. Home could use some freshening up but for the amount of time we were there, it was fine.

Great Stay

Overall the condo is a great place to stay when enjoying Disneyworld. The location is perfect-a quick ten minutes drive to the Disney properties and thirty minutes from Universal Studios. The owner was quick to respond when my parents had some difficulty checking in and was easy to work with. The place could you use an update but was clean and comfortable.
