Loved this place! Group of 6 adults, 1 kiddo and 2 furry friends. House fit us all perfectly. Beds were comfortable. Towels, sheets and kitchenware all plentiful . Hot tub definite bonus! Room in driveway for 4 cars. Would definitely stay again!

We always enjoy our stay at the cabin. The host is always quick to respond if and when there's an issue. No exception this year. The fireplace area is the gathering spot for the whole family. The cabin is within a short drive or walk to shops, restaurants and any winter activity you could want, including the 1980 winter Olympic facilities.

Easy check-in and festive holiday décor made for a welcoming arrival. The hot tub was excellent—clean, fully functional, and much appreciated.The interior felt somewhat dated, with worn bedding, a few light bulbs needing replacement, and one non-functioning bathroom shade/blind. Some wood floors are undergoing refinishing. We also did not receive a response from the host when we reached out, which was surprising. Overall, there were highlights, but a few improvements would enhance the experience.

I enjoyed the beautiful country of upstate NY. I love this location, the cabin is right in the middle of all that I went to see! This must be why I keep staying here.

Absolute perfect location!

House was absolutely perfect for my husband and I (and our husky). The location doesn’t get much better. House was perfect , great size , clean and had everything we needed ! We will definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Would strongly recommend the owner get an auto shut off coffee maker. Otherwise property is beautiful and they are making upgrades.

Perfect Retreat

Our book club recently stayed here for our Readers Retreat. It was the perfect setting for our group to relax, read, and unwind in a beautiful setting, immaculate home with such care to details and decor. The hot tub was also a highlight of this property and we were very close to town and spas for additional outings. Five stars from the Between The Wine Book Club!

the place is charming and just as pictured, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of extras to enjoy, like the hot tub and porches. Love the location. Bathrooms need updating but there was plenty of hot water

Great location close to shops and eating

My husband and I stayed with our pups and really enjoyed this property! It's super close to cobble trailhead so we could walk there, around the lake or hike close by. We loved riding the bikes around the property or into town. Lots of options to eat close by.

Best in Lake Placid

We are repeat winter visitors to the cabin. For our family there is no better lodging rental in Lake Placid. Spotlessly clean upon arrival, warm and welcoming each visit. Perfect location for access to events, restaurants and sights in the High Peaks area. The host is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We plan to visit again next year.

Beautiful Home on Mirror Lake

Had an excellent stay at this spacious home for a family reunion. With 7 guests we had plenty of space, all accomodation were sparkling clean. Very responsive owner, would stay again.
