Great long term rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a long term corporate rental for 2 of my out of town team. They found the accommodations perfectly lovely. They have both stayed on the island in the past, a few streets from Bridge Street. This location was better for the drive to the "mainland" in Palmetto.

Great location

Loved our stay. One block from beach, grocery store and numerous restaurants. Ice cream shop too!😋Unit was spotless and well furnished. Walk right out patio door to pool. Property mgr were the best I've ever worked with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit for 12 weeks between houses during the coronavirus pandemic. The unit was safe, clean & comfortable. It was certainly well-stocked & close to shopping when we needed items. The grounds are beautiful, pools well-maintained with parking convenient to the unit. Also nice to have laundry available in the unit. The staff at IVP was helpful from start to finish during our extended stay even offering to come over & help with cable at one time. Couldn't have asked for better rental agents.

Reviewer Comments: Your rental agency is very friendly they always welcome here we chat for a while and then I go to my unit it’s sad that I won’t be coming back because of the high rate but I think there’s people that want that kind of money they better do a little bit of updating in that unit there’s no headboard in the master bedroom the furniture isn’t that great one room they have there’s really nothing in there that the couch is uncomfortable and all you can do is sit in there if you want to sit on that uncomfortable couch The bathrooms could be updated Other units have grills you can cook on there’s no grill the cook on the outside furniture they leave it in the same two chairs I complained about last year they’re still there very disappointed in the people who are in that place it’s a shame I probably won’t see anybody from Vacation Properties again they were so friendly kind and nice and it’s not their fault that the unit went up in price
