Completely upgraded kitchen to include Granite surfaces, complete stainless steel appliance package with an open and airy layout. The kitchen is completely outfitted with pots pans appliances dishes etc. Soft close cabinets throughout. The condo is conveniently located only a short, five minute walk to white sands of Manatee Beach, Publix super market, CVS, shops and numerous restaurants. With easy access to the free Anna Maria Island trolley, a car is not needed.
The unit features furnishings from Ethan Allen, no expenses were spared to create a dream vacation spot.
Large and open lanai looks out on lush tropical Green Space overlooking the pool area.
Hardwood Flooring in living spaces to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Unit features beach chairs for a short walk to the white sand beach.
Gorgeous heated pool, tennis and pickle ball courts available.
West Bay Cove is a one month minimum rental.
Condo application is required.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.
