Room Size: We understand your comment about the rooms and living space feeling smaller than depicted in the pictures. Casita: We apologize for any confusion regarding the Casita. You are correct that it is currently being used for some small items as owner storage. Grill: We also apologize for the inaccuracy regarding the grill. We will correct the listing to accurately describe it as a high-end charcoal grill. We are genuinely sorry to hear that the house did not meet your expectations and that you encountered multiple issues that impacted your experience. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and it's clear we fell short in several areas during your visit. We sincerely apologize for the presence of the Christmas tree and baby toys in the casita, and for the fact that this recurring issue from the March renters was not fully resolved before your arrival. This indicates a clear lapse in our quality control and communication, and we are addressing this immediately with our cleaning and staging teams. We are also very concerned to learn about the numerous non-working lights (on the deck, spiral staircase, kitchen, etc.), and especially that the pool and spa lights and fountains were not functional despite your repeated attempts to contact us. This is completely unacceptable, and we deeply regret the lack of resolution and the frustration this caused. We are investigating why these issues persisted and why your calls and messages did not result in a timely fix. Furthermore, your comments regarding the cleanliness of the house – including dust, dirt, cobwebs, debris, old shoes, dead plants, and broken pool toys – are very alarming. This does not reflect the high standards we aim to maintain, and we are immediately implementing a thorough deep-cleaning protocol and re-training with our cleaning crew.
