Wedding weekend

Loved the house. Plenty of room with open floor plan. Front door is around back and very dark at night getting around to door. One suggestion is to put movement activated lighting. Checkin was dioci ult trying to find front door and finding correct keybox.

Beautiful home with a view

Fireplace was warm and cozy - the view was amazing - very close to town - we saw many deer on and around the property - they were fun to watch - the home inside was extremely nice - kitchen was easy to work in and prepare meals - nice long granite countertop to sit around - kitchen also has a nice table where we played family games - it is a really nice place with plenty of chairs and sofas to read a book or do a crossword puzzle - there is a television in the back bedroom - which we preferred vs. having a television in the main part of the house.

Great spot, can't beat the views

Really beautiful space with amazing views. Great outdoor patio and lots of different seating indoors as well. The aesthetic of the living room and kitchen is really nice. As someone else mentioned too the only tv is in a back room a little removed so if you're planning to watch a game or movie or something with your group, maybe not the ideal spot. The kitchen is solid for cooking basic meals like scrambled eggs and sandwiches but if you want to do a more involved recipe would bring some extra cutting boards and knives. Technically walking distance to the part of town with the Surf Hotel and such but not well lit so at night you may not want to be walking. But it's such a quick drive.

This property was perfect for our family that was in BV for a wedding at surf hotel. Great location very spacious home.

I loved the back yard but BTW NO Hot Tub

Overall the property is great. I was not aware there was someone living in garage apartment. I also was charged for getting something on a towel ? And for using too many paper towels. Said I used towels for next stay. I wasn’t aware there was a limit. I left the property very clean and used paper towels to clean. So don’t do that. In a great location and cute house. I also asked about hot tub which is why I rented it over another property. Said it wasn’t listed Even though it’s in the pictures. Just fyi needs to be put in listing in my opinion.

Spacious and comfortable with beautiful views.

The house was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. The large, open kitchen was well-equipped and great for lots of cooking and socializing. Views of the mountains seemed to be at every window. Thanks for a great stay!

Exceeded Expectations

We took our kids to Colorado for their first ski trip. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the view was spectacular! Our kids were so thankful for 3 bathrooms and loved the showers / baths. We loved sitting by the fire in the front room watching it snow outside. We will definitely go back the next time we visit Colorado!

Amazing! Better than pictures!

This home was so perfect for our family of 6 (plus one infant) and we would all highly recommend it! It is even better than the description! The kitchen and living areas are gorgeous and the view out of the big glass wall cannot really be beat. We loved sitting on the couch with the fire going, looking at Mount Princeton (especially when the sun was setting)! The kitchen is fully stocked for easy meal preparations (we love to cook and had pretty much all we needed) and the bathrooms include shampoo and body wash and hair dryer. There are 3 bedrooms with queen or king bed and then a TV room. If you are a big TV watcher, that room is somewhat small for 6 people and, at the time of our visit, just had a couch and a couple of chairs. It was totally fine for the one football game that we all wanted to watch. I can't imagine coming to a place like Buena Vista and wanting to watch a lot of TV anyway! There is a lot of room to spread out in the rest of the house and a lot of room for big meals or games at the tables. The bathrooms were all beautiful and the showers were great. It was also spotless and appears newly built. Kevin was so easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. There is also beautiful hiking right near by. If you are considering a stay in Buena Vista, this is the place for you! If we get a chance to come back, this is definitely where we will stay!
