This renovated home with a sprawling acre of lawn on the Ark is the perfect take out for the Milk Run or launch for Browns Canyon on a private boat ramp. Fish from lush grass, sweat in the sauna, lounge on the deck, play games on the lawn and gather around the fire pit. A well-equipped kitchen helps you craft gourmet meals. New beds and high-quality linens provide restful nights. Use as home base for whitewater rafting, kayaking, paddle boarding, rock climbing, fly fishing, mountain biking, or hiking.

We truly loved our weekend at this VRBO. The property is so unique with access to the river. We fished, relaxed around the fire pit, and our dog loved the big yard. I would love to return every year!

We had an excellent stay this past week. The house felt very clean and comfortable, making it easy to settle in. We really enjoyed the wood stove and spacious backyard for our pup. The sauna is a really nice touch and was easy to use. The hosts did a great job communicating. I would highly recommend.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The location by the river was unbeatable. We, understandably, didn’t spend a bunch of time inside but it was a great place to come back to when our adventures were over for the day. We’ll be back.

Wonderful River Vista!

This is the perfect place for 3 couples or a family. The setting is spectacular and the house is perfect. Well equipped with everything you need, very modern on the inside - nicely done. If you like to fish, this is the place! Even if you don’t fish, this is the place!
