Thank you so much for your feedback. Knowing how our guests enjoyed their stay, helps us improve! We certainly appreciate a good shower, and after hearing your feedback, a call was made to our plumber. Because you were staying in the condo at the time, and if there were any needed repairs that might have left you without water, we opted to have the issue looked at after your stay. Although we are limited by the water pressure in Essex House, our plumber was able to improve the flow, making the shower much more enjoyable. Ahhh, the kitchen. It is tough to get a full-sized refrigerator, range, and dishwasher in the condo without sacrificing living space. We opted for a Sub-Zero under the counter refrigerator/freezer, and a convection oven/microwave combination. Cooking can be challenging because most of us are use to ovens, but the convection/micro combination really does function the same. Thank you for your great suggestion of including the user's manual in our binder!! And, I'll make sure to add bigger pots to my list of supplies. As I am an avid cook, I certainly appreciate that the right tools can make or break the meal! Thank you, again for your feedback. We consider our condo such a little gem!
