Great stay

Adequate space for my family during our stay. Nice view of the lake and centrally located to other things to do and see in the area. The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware. The bedrooms are a spacious.

Clean and convenient

It was exactly the getaway spot we were hoping for. Our kids have lots of allergies and I am quite the germaphobic but this place was super clean. Kids didn’t want to leave. Close to the lake and markets. We will definitely try to return. Thank you!

The Perfect Getaway!

This mountain home was just perfect for our family's needs. The top story view of the lake is great while the lower-level bedrooms provided privacy and a secluded balcony amongst the trees. The retro decor in the living area was fun and the location was perfect - a one-minute drive to the lake or 10-minute walk! The cabin has that relaxed vibe and fit the five of us with plenty of space. It is well appointed with all your basic needs (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.). We definitely will be back to enjoy all that Lake Gregory has to offer!!! Also, a big thanks to our host who so helpful :-)

Excellent Family Stay for Lake Gregory

We had a fantastic time at this home. Check in/check out was a breeze and the air con was already on making it a pleasant arrival. The home was clean, beds were super comfy, and the view was awesome. It seems a family owns this home and there are added charms throughout that make it feel more homey. It was the perfect spot for us, our two little kids, and our sister-in-law and her husband, so in total 6 of us. The little town is super cute and we had a blast on Lake Gregory. Thanks for a great stay!

Stay at Atomic Squirrel Lodge

We enjoyed our stay at this property! We had all the amenities of home. Some things we really liked included 1), Three parking spaces with easy access from the road. 2) Modern dual air-conditioning system. 3) Three spacious bedrooms downstairs.4) Two large balconies with fantastic view of the valley below. 5) Easy access to the town of Crestline. We highly recommend this property, and would stay there again!

Comfortable, relaxing trip!

The house had a very welcoming and comfortable vibe with cozy furnishing. The view of the lake was breathtaking and my family and I loved it! There were lots of essentials provided, like shampoo, body wash, hair dryers, towels, etc., and the entire house was very clean and organized. Would definitely return for a second time!

Our new favorite getaway!

Just as pictured - maybe even better! It's all about that view.... large upper and lower decks with gorgeous views of Lake Gregory and beautiful oak trees. Greg is an A+++ host and the cabin is private, clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable! Thank you Greg, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us- we cannot wait to escape the city for the mountains again soon. Atomic Squirrel is our new favorite place to unwind and spend some quality time with family and friends! We did not want to leave...

Should be renamed to the Moth Lodge

Looks better than the pictures especially in the bedrooms. Lots of moths and cobwebs in the house to be expected. Easy check in and checkout. Extra towels much appreciated. Little chocolates on the pillows was cute. For all the women wondering: no, I did not see any blowdryers. Water pressure in the bathrooms could take off your nipple so beware. We would book again!

Great stay!

Great stay with the grandkids (11 - 13) up at the lake. The home was very clean. Beds were great, the linens were crisp and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. AC works great. Plenty of games to play for the family. I loved that the bedrooms were downstairs and didn’t have tvs. After a fun day at the lake we watched movies and played games - together. Finally, the view. Worth the price of admission. Came home from the lake hot and tired - and they even had cold mugs in the freezer! Sat on the balcony enjoying the view, the cool breeze and a frosty while the kids ate chips and played games. We’ll be back.

Awesome Experience

We are new to AirBnB and we are just learning how the booking process works. When we booked the reservation we were two days from arrival and unfortunately still had to cancel the reservation. Greg and the guys at EVOLVE were awesome. Greg answered his phone right away and EVOLVE responded to my email quickly. Everyone worked with us in a professional and respectful manner. They were so kind. Their home is beautiful and it was with much regret that I had to cancel. In the future, if I am able I will definitely reach out to these guys again.

Wonderful property with picture-perfect decks

Loved this property because it was clean, smartly decorated, and had huge decks off living room and bedroom. Only downside is it is not very walkable to lake path or town (not bc of distance but bc streets are very narrow and winding so it doesn't feel safe.) Listing was not misleading but other maps might be!

Beautiful spot

We had a short but sweet stay at this cabin. It accommodated 4 single adults very well. Would definitely come back and stay longer. Greg was very forthright and accommodating regarding a power outage on the day of check out, check in was super easy. Improvements to consider are fixing the very sqeaky sliding doors, replace the missing screens from patio doors (it prevented letting the evening breeze from flowing into the middle bedroom, without potentially letting in unwanted critters), good thing it wasn't too hot. Was wanting to BBQ, but I guess I should not have assumed a cabin would have one. It met our needs for the time we were there. Thank you 😊

Rejuvenation!

The Atomic Squirrel Lodge was exactly what we needed after a couple of tough pandemic years. Super comfortable, quiet and with a beautiful view, we were able to relax and rejuvenate. It was well appointed with everything you might need with ample room to gather together and room for personal space. While we only ventured out to visit the grocery store and for a couple of meals, we were impressed by the wealth of activities at Lake Gregory, the friendly locals, delicious restaurant choices and well stocked supermarket. My husband and sister-in- law repeatedly declared they would come back to the Atomic Squirrel Lodge without hesitation, and I will be forever grateful for a chance to find calm and peace. Thanks, Greg!!
