We loved our stay at this property. It was so cozy , clean, and spacious. We were here for our niece’s graduation so we didn’t get to spend as much time at the property as we wanted to, but enjoyed every minute that we did. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and felt immediately at ease in this space. The home was safe, peaceful, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and reconnect. Wonderful place

Our stay here was wonderful and we will definitely keep this in mind for the future visits to Phoenix. Very nice layout and design. Very close to local shopping and dining.

Great place to stay.

The carriage house was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. There was a tiny glitch in the wifi which was taken care of promptly by the owner. We were fortunate enough to stay while the orange and grapefruit trees had fruit. That was quite a nice surprise for us. The fruit was delicious. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The property was wonderful. Love the location and the space that we had. Steps were a little hard to go up. The Wi-Fi was not available and the unlocking instructions were not correct. Other than that, it was a beautiful location.

Excellent location and comfortable stay

We stayed for 8 days at this well kept, 2nd floor Carriage House. It was very private, with our own entry and parking area. We loved the décor, comfort of the bed, sunlight streaming into the kitchen in the morning and all the extra touches. The location is great for visits to Scottsdale, Tortilla Flats, downtown and many other locations. Wish we could have stayed longer - we were just getting used to the area and learning about all the restaurants nearby.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

My parents built this home when I was 6 years old in 1979. When my father passed away, we purchased the family home from my mom. My dad had always talked about finishing the "attic". My wife and I created the carriage house to fulfill my Dad's dream. Ultimately, we built it so my Mom could have the option to move back in with us. Until then, we are renting it on VRBO, and have loved getting to know people from all over the country.
