I really enjoyed staying here. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was clean and i felt very safe walking the neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything you need for everyday living. Although comfortable, the furnishings are starting to show quite a bit of wear and tear and could use a little updating.

AZ rental while visiting family

Perfectly adequate housing option in nice neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and dining options. Small back yard, but perfect for catching some morning sun and outdoor reading.

Disappointed for the money

Nice neighborhood and nice sized home with shopping and restaurants close by. BUT furniture and bedding were worn and the couch (micro fiber) was kind of gross with stains. We put sheets over the couches before sitting on them. Same with outdoor furniture. The glider cushions were torn and nasty. The floors and bathrooms were clean but for the amount of the host fee it wasn’t worth it overall compared to other homes we have stayed. Also, landscaping crew showed up super early Saturday morning. There are NO BLINDS on the back slider door, so to our surprise not only was it noisy and woke us up but to see people in the backyard was not pleasant.

Pet friendly Gilbert house

This is a small, refurbished house with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, in a quiet neighborhood. There is a room by the front door that is set up as an office but there is plenty of room for a portable crib etc. Everything worked. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage for our stuff in the kitchen. Although there was a coffee pot and filters, no coffee was provided so you might want to stop at the store before your arrival. Parking was easy. There is no window covering on the back slider. Trash and recycling were not taken out before our arrival and the cans were half full. We were able to rush and get the trash picked up but not recycling. They get picked up on Mondays I think. There was a yappy dog behind us. We would stay again.

Good location.

Liked location, quiet neighborhood not far off main highways. it was nice to have a garage, to park the car in. Not far from Phoenix/Masa airport.

Clean, comfortable, affordable

The nightly fee was so affordable we were worried there might be something wrong. We were WRONG!!! This is a beautiful, clean two-bedroom home. It is a safe, clean neighborhood. We took a nice morning walk with our dog to the nearby Starbucks. This home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Has all basics covered

Very clean, nice layout, beautiful neighborhood, and great location. Kitchen has everything you need. Water tastes bad (an AZ thing not unique to this property) so plan on buying bottled water or using a filter. Furniture is as advertised, not the most comfortable but works. Main bed is memory foam which can get hot but otherwise comfortable. AC and ceiling fans all worked well. Plenty of towels, paper towels, TP, soap, shampoo, etc. Even has some spices and seasonings. TV is a smart tv with limited apps. Local channels are via antenna which worked ok. Internet isn’t the fastest, but usually handled streaming etc fine. Yes, there are some barking dogs in the neighborhood but no one left them outside barking for long. Overall, a very nice house with a great location. Garage with remote for parking was much appreciated although it felt too tight for both our midsize SUV and Tacoma truck but very spacious for just SUV. Still no issues with parking in general. We would rent there again.

There for the weekend. Did not have the roll away bed as stated in the listing. Outside trash can was full when we took it out to the curb as instructed for check out. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Loved it!

We had a great time in Gilbert. The house was perfect for us. It was close to the Cubs games and everything! The beds were comfortable. If we come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again, if it's available. It's in a quiet safe neighborhood and a Beautiful home!

Gilbert Gem!

This home is exceptionally clean and in a nice neighborhood near a park and shopping. Close to the express way as well. It was great to sit on the patio in the evenings and we liked having a garage for the rental car. Property manager is very accomodating and responds quickly. We would definitely stay here again next trip to visit family in town.

A nice little house in a good neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here. They had things we needed at the house to make the stay easy and a great backyard too

Family visit

very nice, convenient for groceriies and restaraunts. Coolness in house was comfortable as heat wave was in effect. close to all our family and friends. very clean and comfortable.
