Great place for large family stays. Central to everything. A great location. There was trash left (half empty water bottles and an empty liquor bottle?) on every floor, on the front porch, and mail spilling out of the mailbox. It could have been cleaner overall but we had a great time and had plenty of room.

An extremely convenient, clean, affordable stay for a large group. Lots of amenities in the rental such as toothbrush/toothpaste and breakfast bars. Only issue we had was that the twin bed in the top apartment master bedroom was squeaky, so the person who stayed in that room did have to move to the couch so as not to disturb the person sleeping in the bed in the adjacent room. Other than that small issue, I can not recommend this rental enough, especially for groups of 9.

This was the perfect set-up for our large family group - gathered for a wedding. The 3 units were in perfect shape and allowed lots of elbow room (and quiet for the late sleepers); everything freshly renovated (it seemed!); all clean as can be. The kitchens were well stocked with all the necessary items (lots of mugs, plates, flatware, pots pans, salt pepper (grinders!), olive oil, etc. The bottled water in the fridges was a gracious add by the host: some of our group noted that Portland water has a heavy chlorine taste. Last but not least, we appreciated the convenience of the large parking area behind the house (we had 4 cars to deal with). This made our coming and going super easy. Also, a large grocery store (Hannaford) was in easy walking distance; Whole Foods not too much farther. I recommend this highly!

We had our family reunion here and it was a great location. Conveniently located to everything and very comfortable accommodations. Our hosts provided excellent and thoughtful amenities. They were very responsive on the few occasions when we reached out. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Portland family reunion

We rented all 3 units which accommodated 4 families of 21 people. The units were beautifully decorated, with lots of sleeping space and well-stocked kitchens etc.

Amazing Portland Weekend

18 adults stayed very comfortably in Sokreth's triple decker. While we only used one out of the three kitchens, all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were utilized. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries and bath towels. The whole place is very comfortable, modern, and clean. Would 100% recommend staying here for a weekend in Portland.

Wedding Weekend

Stayed with family for our city hall wedding weekend. So close to city hall and downtown Portland. Comfortably fit 18 adults who all raved about the spot all weekend. We had everything we needed and everything was close by! Great communication with hosts. Highly recommend!

We were together for a family wedding and this house was perfect! Nineteen of us fit very comfortable between the 3 apartments. We were able to spend time together or have some private down time. The apartments were all extremely well stocked and we so appreciated the snacks that welcomed us! There was more than ample parking and we were just minutes away from downtown!! Everyone was effusively happy with this facility and would love to stay here again!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!!!

We loved our time here! It was close to everything in Portland, the house was clean and spacious, and the house had everything we needed. Great for a big group!

Beautiful apartment great for large parties

Create apartment that worked well for our large party. Plenty of mirrors and lighting to accommodate multiple people getting ready and the kitchen is well stocked. The twin beds off of the King size room are a tight squeeze but we made it work.
