We loved our stay in Austin. Great communication with host and easy check in / check out. Unit had everything we needed for making food and plenty of space throughout. Good location and easy to walk to many restaurants and sites. Would definitely recommend!

Great place. Ground level floor of the house was really nice. Very nice spacious rooms. Well supplied kitchen and bathroom. Great night views of the city! Snacks were a real plus!

My stay was perfect! The host was very communicative, the place was spotless. The bathroom had nice ammenities and a great shower. We were able to walk easily to South Congress for shopping, food and music yet be in a low key neighborhood. Mehrad responded quickly to any questions. We would totally stay there again.

Very comfortable and nicely provisioned (Nespresso and Keurig) and even individual olive oil and balsamic packets. Walked and biked everywhere from this great location. We will return!

The property was very clean & spacious. We had everything we needed & then some. Our host met us upon arrival and was extremely nice, & helpful. It was within walking distance of shops, restaurants & local events/ points of interest with an excellent view of downtown. Would love to stay there again.

Unique, modern, spacious, lovely

Hosts are great, very hospitable. The place is super charming and well appointed. Easy walk to south Congress and park trails. Would definitely stay again.

Very walkable to South Congress and the hike and bike trail at Ladybird Lake. Everything you could need was available including an iron, clothes steamer, and make up mirror. The host was very responsive to the one minor maintenance issue that occurred. It was fixed very quickly and did not interfere with our wonderful stay in Austin. I would stay here again and highly recommend this rental.

Visited Austin for the first time to attend ACL music festival. Chose this property as a good compromise between distance from ACL and price point. Without a car, we found the Lime scooters a valuable and feasible asset! This property was a clean, comfortable, and spacious place to shower and rest. The owner was onsite, communicative, and very kind. I would stay here again.

Great Retreat

Host was very communicative. Great location, clean and well appointed - jut what we needed for the two night stay in Austin. Close enough to the city to get inner city quickly. Distant enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Would return.
