It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

Sleeping arrangements
The home features three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with quality linens, dressers, and luggage racks to make settling in easy. Sound machines and earplugs are provided for light sleepers, ensuring restful nights. With four beds in total, the layout is ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together.

Kitchen & dining
A newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals or quick snacks. Enjoy coffee, tea, and cocktail essentials to start your mornings or wind down in the evenings. The dining table offers a welcoming spot for shared meals and conversation.

Outdoor living
Step outside to enjoy two inviting outdoor spaces. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee or people-watching, while the large shared backyard features a picnic table and is a great hangout spot for pups. The home is pet-friendly for up to two dogs (25 lbs or less) with a required pet fee; unauthorized pets will incur a $250 additional fee.

Amenities
Stay comfortable with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating. The in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy, and essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and cleaning products are provided. Entertainment is covered with a TV, and free street parking is available. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Located in the heart of Mid-City, you’re within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the Canal Streetcar. The French Quarter, City Park, and the Superdome are just minutes away, making this an ideal home base for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, Essence Fest, Sugar Bowl, and more.
