Electronic system using phone to open garage gate and use elevator was a real pain in the..... Sort of funny in retrospect but a highly annoying waste time in the moment. Need better instructions.

Another great stay

This was our 4th visit using this complex. We love the centrality of the place and how many places were accessible by way of walking.

Since we were there for 10 days, it was a nice accommodation over a hotel room with a homier setting. The facility feels safe and once the Latch software was set up, there were no issues of access to all the facilities such as the pool and the club house. One area to improve on though is that the bedsheet was too small for the deep mattress and the sheet kept coming off from the mattress. In addition, we were only given one very small bar of soap, and 1.5 roll of toilet paper, for 10 days of stay! There was no supply of any knife, spoons or forks for eating, in addition to no oil, salt and pepper. And there was also very little supply of coffee pods (enough for 2 days only). These are the reasons for a 4-star overall rating instead of 5-stars.

Great family visit

Quick trip to visit family in the neighborhood so the location was perfect. The apartment was immaculate and while the kitchen was sparsely equipped it had everything we needed. We will be back

Great Location

We loved this location. We were walking distance to everything we needed and had great access to the downtown Mountain View area. Only thing we’d recommend is a mattress topper since the bed was very hard.

Great place! Super clean! You need an app to check-in which is annoying. The kitchen is OK for cooking and baking but it could have been better equipped. It should have more pots, pans, cups, utensils etc, you know - like a real home. This is what distinguishes these rentals from a hotel.

Great Location

This was a very nice property at a good price for the area. Walkable to downtown Mountainview (1.0 mile or so). Also, public transportation nearby. Could use a few pantry amenities. The Latch system was challenging. Otherwise, very nice place.
