I traveled solo to Wellington for a conference and this apartment was perfect for my needs. The check-in process was simple and the host left very detailed instructions. The location was within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants.

This tiny apartment is located perfectly with a small ocean view and very close to shopping and restaurants. The studio was very clean with a stove and microwave. Communication with the host was superb. Instructions were clear and detailed with a very quick response time.

Good walkable location, well stocked kitchen area, comfortable furniture, nice linens. Our only minor issue was the internet could be spotty at times - not a big deal for our needs. Sarah has to be the best communicator we have ever encountered- written and photographic instructions for entry and appliances made for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this apartment.

Nice studio

This was the perfect place for me to stay for a short trip (2days) to Wellington. Centrally located and easy walking distance to food. Sarah was very easy to deal with. Seamless experience.

Exploring Wellington

The room was immaculate. Although we didn’t cook it did have everything we would have needed. The shower had lots of hot water and a heated towel rack!! It was the perfect location for us to explore the city. Nothing felt out of reach. Our hostess was very helpful and it was a very easy check in!! Thanks for a wonderful spot for us to explore Wellington.

Fabulous stay!

I had a wonderful nine-day long stay at this lovely little apartment. It is in the perfect location for exploring Wellington on foot, especially for enjoying the restaurants and bars on Cuba Street. The apartment is well furnished and provisioned with everything you might need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, etc which made cooking at home a breeze. The sweet little balcony offers a great view over to Mnt Victoria. Communication with the property manager was very easy and she was very accommodating and friendly. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Location, and great host!!

The location is fabulous! Walk out your door in any direction for shops and restaurants. The host Sarah, let us check in early and stay late on our departure day! That makes a world of difference!!! Such a cozy condo! Loved it!

Perfect Spot in Downtown Welly

The room was more perfect than we had hoped. Sarah thought of everything. We were able to walk to grocery & restaurants & a great coffee shop downstairs. With so many eateries nearby we prepared very few suppers in the room, but we did make pie and cookies over the holidays for parties and we prepared a dinner for our son and dil one evening as well. The room has an oven and a 2 burner hub. Sarah has provided tools for baking and pots & pans for cooking as well as placesettings for four. Most of our breakfast and lunch meals were in room and we made daily morning walks to the waterfront.There was an espresso pot and electric kettle for coffee and tea. The room was large so we never felt too cramped. We loved opening the balcony door to let in fresh air, sit in the sunshine & for watch the fireworks on NYE. We used the washer but hung our clothes on a rack that was in the room. We were so grateful to have that convenience & not have to share a communal washer or visit a laundromat. We loved the heated towel rack and the water pressure in the shower was fabulous. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Sarah took good care of laundering our sheets and towels for us, so that was not a concern on our trip. The location was within a one mile walk of our son with all the conveniences of downtown. Thank you Sarah for a comfortable stay.

Convenient, cozy & clean

Enjoyed my stay in Wellington. Convenient location to city center shopping, arts scene, and ferry docks. Sarah's detailed instructions (with pictures!) made access to the apartment easily understandable. Apartment was clean, neat and organized. Great view from the 9th story balcony of Wellington!

Exceptional host and place

Everything was as advertised and super easy check in and out, exceptional host that went over and beyond to look after you and provided premium accessories and supplies. Very central location and walking distance to almost everything in Wellington. Very understanding and kind host that communicates and responds promptly.

Super comfortable stay in great location!

The host sent detailed instructions for the check in which were easy to follow. The apartment had all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfy and the building quiet. The location was central and near to lots of food and shopping options. Would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet apartment with easy access to central city, restaurants and bars. Well appointed with everything u need for a stayaway weekend. Photos online gave the impression the apartment was bigger.

Perfect overall

The apartment is not big, but for one person it was ideal. It had everything I needed and was nicely positioned to walk (even in the rain) to Massey University and Te Papa and supermarkets. Clean and tidy, a nice washing machine. Nothing wrong. I was relieved when I figured out which was the right place to get the key because it was dark by the time I arrived, and I felt a bit vulnerable, but once that was sorted, everything was really good.
