Sarah was a great host, the check in instructions were very clear and Sarah was very helpful with all questions I had. Great view at the property, perfect central location and parking was available nearby which was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect location to explore the city and surrounding areas, and a well maintained unit that is exactly what is needed for individuals touring for slightly extended stays; nothing more or less. If I ever return to the city, I will absolutely check to see if I could stay here again.

It's a lovely light clean apartment. The bed was so comfortable. It's so convenient being in the heart of the city. Easy walk to shops, Supermarket, cafes etc. Also to the waterfront. Te Papa and TSB arena also a short walk away.

Very nice and tidy room in central location in cbd handy to shops food places and was pretty quiet nice view from balcony and the host Sarah had very good communication all the way through recommend to anyone and will definitely be booking again

It was a great apartment for a month in Wellington! The location is superb with numerous options for coffee, food, and drinks within easy walking distance. It's a good size for one person or a couple and the kitchen was very handy. I would happily stay here again if I were to plan another trip to the city.

Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully equipped and great communication. Perfect location for walking around the city and hardly heard the city sounds unless out on the balcony which added that extra space to lounge. Top rated and we would definitely stay again.

I extended my stay by another 9 days—which probably says it all.Great central location but surprisingly quiet. The apartment is warm, comfortable, and feels spacious, with a balcony and a lovely view that really adds to the overall feel.Everything you need is there, and it feels easy to live in, not just stay.Sarah is a fantastic host with excellent communication—friendly, responsive, and very easy to deal with.Would absolutely stay again. A genuinely safe choice if you’re deciding between places.

I traveled solo to Wellington for a conference and this apartment was perfect for my needs. The check-in process was simple and the host left very detailed instructions. The location was within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants.

Excellent little apartment, good facilities, walking distance to shops, harbour and close to bus lines if you want to go further out. We stayed here a week , it was perfect.

Great place to stay

We had a great week in Wellington. The VRBO was perfectly located to explore the city on foot or catch buses to go further out. It had everything we needed and would return again
