Aloha Steve, Mahalo for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay, those sunset views, the walkable location to Poipu’s beaches and restaurants, and the oceanfront pool really do make Poipu Shores a special place. It’s great to hear the unit was comfortable and well-equipped for your visit as well. We appreciate you noting the issue with the washing machine and apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and should be receiving the new washer any day now. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again for another stay, hopefully with everything running perfectly next time. Mahalo!
