Thank you for your review Jeffrey. We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I am really glad to hear you enjoyed the sunrises and the peaceful feel of Tierra Verde. It is such a special little pocket, and those views really are hard to beat. I did want to clarify a few points for future guests reading this, as well as address your experience. The condo does have a private washer and dryer located within the unit in the kitchen, which is shown in the listing photos. We are sorry for any confusion there, as we certainly want that to be clear and easy to find. Regarding the TV, a Roku device had been purchased and installed for guest use to allow for streaming. Unfortunately, it was missing after your departure, which is why that charge was applied. We always aim to provide those conveniences so guests can feel at home during their stay. You are correct that the kayaks are reserved for owner use per the community rules, and we understand that bike storage can be a bit of a challenge depending on the building layout. We will take your feedback into consideration as we continue working with the association on ways to improve the overall guest experience. We also appreciate your comments on the mattresses and linens. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we will be reviewing those items to ensure they meet our standards. Thank you again for your kind words about our communication. We truly do our best to be responsive and helpful every step of the way. We appreciate your stay and your

We appreciate your note about the smoke detector and sincerely apologize for the disruption. It has since been addressed to ensure future guests have a more restful experience. And yes — following the AC instructions is key to keeping things cool and comfortable! We’d love to welcome you back anytime.

Thanks Paul - we hope to welcome you back in the near future!

We apologize for your experience, we provide 24/7 communication for our guests. When our office is not open we have someone that is oncall and available for emergencies. The wifi is working in the unit and we regret that it was not fixed in time prior to your departure. We appreciate your feedback to help us continue to meet our guests' expectations in the future. Thanks, Heather NextHome Beach TIme Realty

Thank you for your review Kathleen. Reviews are very important to us. We will share your thoughts with the owner. We hope to see you again soon.

As soon as we read this review both of the beds were replaced with new. I wish you would have let us know right away we would have taken care of it right away!

I apologize for your experience during your stay at Holiday Island. We have placed ant baits in the unit following your stay and would have been happy to do so during your stay if we were notified. We were notified of the stained towels and we did our best to accommodate and had housekeeping bring you a new set right away to replace the others. The toll booth is required to access on and off of the Island but if you purchase a temporary sunpass during your stay you receive 50% off the rate of the toll booth. We will make this more clear in the listing for future guests. Thank you, Heather NextHome Beach Time Realty
