Beautifully Remodeled Condo with Waterfront Views of Tampa Bay located on the island of Tierra Verde. Close to everything and only a few minutes drive to the beautiful white sand beaches of St Pete. Enjoy miles of Bike Paths through Ft Desoto Park 2 miles from the complex. We provide everything you need to start your stay! Beautiful bayfront pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, small marina, deck with communal grills overlooking the bay - this place is a wow! It's a friendly, quiet small community. Condo is convenient to Tampa, Clearwater and Sarasota and only 10 minutes to where the action is at the very hip downtown St. Pete with lots of restaurants, museums, music venues and more.

We enjoyed our stay, a beautiful decorated cheerful place with a view from f the water! Enjoyed the pool and the layout of the apartment. The host was very helpful with any concerns. Would recommend it to people!

Tierra Verde getaway

Great view of pool and water, wonderfully equipped kitchen, great place to stay! Sandi was an attentive and pleasant host. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo and location

We stayed here while moving our daughter into college. The location was unbeatable for everything we needed yet quiet for us to unwind in the evening. The condo has everything and more needed for a stay. Would definitely rent again.

Sweet Spot

The host Sandy was the best. She is available and accommodating. The condo is very well outfitted and most items are new. The condo complex is peaceful and low key, mostly residents. Tierra Verde is the the best location in the area. Beautiful Fort Desoto state park down the road.

Very quiet and excellent location!

My daughter and I picked this property because it was close to things we wanted to do. And it was quiet and safe neighborhood. We spent a lot of time at the state park. We enjoyed our guided kayak adventure, looked for sharks teeth and a few shells. We were hoping to do more laying on the beach but the weather was quite cool so we did more walking on the beach. We went to the local tree lighting which was very nice. Small town feel as the people are very friendly.

Perfection!

The host of this property clearly has an eye for style and organization. The remodel of this unit was thought through to the smallest detail. It was a busy week for me helping my Eckerd college student secure summer housing, so I really valued the time I was able to decompress in the unit and by the pool. Tierra Verde continues to be one of my favorite areas in all of St. Pete and this place did not disappoint!
