The stairs are not steep; they are standard. Of course, any staircase can be challenging for people with reduced mobility, but the listing clearly shows photos and specifies that the property has stairs. The lock is not faulty , it is simply not activated at the moment due to a new municipal regulation that requires approval, and they have not come yet to complete the process. That’s why we placed an exterior lockbox with a code to access the keys. These lockboxes are used in about 90% of homes worldwide. The information about the water is mentioned in the description, and if you need more, you can request it from security. In any case, you could have asked me and I would have gladly explained it to you. Thank you for letting me know about the showers and drains.
