You are correct the terrace on the beach is wonderful for sunrises and the private access to the beach makes it a very special vacation home for family, friends and/or couples. We were lucky to have been in the right place at the right time 30 years and have remodeled it several times to make it perfect for families and friends to gather, enjoy the terrace, the beach and have a memorable vacation.
