Location and host were amazing. The apartment was nice but not great. Water heater broke while we were there which should’ve been preventable because it’s obviously very old and needs replaced, but the host was super responsive and had it fixed the same day. The apartment could also use some extra blankets and pillows. The pillows were the firmest I’ve ever seen. Overall, I’d say it’s a 3 star condo with a 5 star location and a 5 star host. Would book again.

This property was amazing for our family vacation. Perfect size and all the amenities. Filtered water is a huge plus. Private access to the beach was also fantastic. It is farther from a larger grocery store, but it is an easy uber ride. we also liked that is was not in the 'party zone' it was very peaceful. Miriam was very great to work with. She was timely with her communication and was very helpful with all of our questions. Highly recommend!!!

The best location in Hotel Zone!

My family and I were more than impressed with this beautiful, spacious condo. I love that the building is not super massive like the rest of the condos and hotels, making it easy to navigate. We always felt safe with 24/7 security at the gate. Our private entrance to the beach was such a nice perk that you will be paying out the wazoo anywhere else. The beds were comfy, kitchen HUGE and well stocked, air conditioning kept us crispy cool! Washer and dryer worked great.The location was perfect, away from the busy/noisy Coco Bongo area of the hotel zone yet a short walk to the two best restaurants in the entire 20km (Navios and 19.5 KM) an Oxxo. There is a bar/restaurant on property but we did not end up going. You can easily catch the bus or call a ride to go anywhere you want or need otherwise. The property management was extremely communicative and helped me arrange an incredible private chef, airport transfer services, and even daily housekeeping to make our stay as relaxing as possible. I could go on and on, but you just need to see for yourself!

This place is convenient to airport, to restaurants and to shopping. It is right on the beach and there is a very nice pool AND a very nice restaurant overlooking the pool/beach.The owners have provided everything: things often overlooked like salt, pepper, shampoo, fresh wrapped bars of soap, trash bags, napkins, some coffee and tea, filtered water beach towels . . . you name it, it is there.Mirriam is perfect. She met us there, she responds to emails instantly, and is extremely welcoming and helpful.We had a great five days and would certainly consider returning.We all highly recommend!

Amazing.

This charming little condo was right on the beach! Our family of 7 felt right at home here. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, dishes, silverware. There were plenty of towels. The beds were fantastic. We felt very safe the entire time. I definitely recommend this place. The only thing I was saying is it is further down on the Hotel Zone, so we took the bus to get to the super market and any dining.

Very welcoming and management was fantastic. Everything we needed for a peaceful and restful vacation. The condo was spacious, very clean and we enjoyed the spectacular views of the ocean/beach from the private porch. We enjoyed the pool and walks along the beach. We cooked breakfast daily and searched for a different restaurant nightly with delicious foods and good music. The weather was perfect. We are NY snowbirds, so this may turn out to be our winter vacation spot annually. Great time!

Cancun Christmas 2023

This condo, location, pool and customer service exceeded all of our expectations! The condo is perfect in every way as and had the wow factor of panoramic views of the ocean, big kitchen and common areas and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The bus comes right in front of the complex. The pool is beautiful right on the beach. Miriam our hostess was outstanding from initial contact to meeting us for check in. She was in close communication and even helped us get groceries. Best hostess ever! Thanks Miriam.

family vacation

The location of this condo is wonderful, not far from the airport, a calm, peaceful part of the beach. The furniture was all clean and comfortable. We LOVED that filtered water was provided both for drinking and the ice maker. We appreciated how helpful and agreeable Miriam was!!!

The Perfect Vacation

We stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience. I rated location 4 only because it was a little far for the times we wanted to be in the thick entertainment area, and market. Otherwise location would be a 5 as location to beach was unbeatable. Best sunrises in AM and short walk across the street for the best sunsets in the evening. Unit is accurately described, more than enough room for six adults the little bit of time we stayed indoors. Only caution we would offer is to not use the concierge at Cancun Plaza, did not find them to be very transparent, book “all-inclusive catamaran trip to IM, cost over $900 US for 6, buy the time we retuned from our trip we had spent easily another $500 for items that were extras, not including the $20 per head port fee which I was only aware of from research prior to my trip.

Rest and Relaxation

We enjoyed our stay in Cancun! From the pool to the private beach access, everything was great! The beach and water were amazing! The description and pictures you see on the listing are exactly what you see from your porch. Beautiful!!! Miriam was so helpful before and during our stay. She did a little grocery shopping for us before our arrival, met us curbside and gave us a quick tour of the property. She was very responsive and helpful when we had questions while we were there. The restaurant on property was convenient and had a wide range of choices. There were 2 restaurants within walking distance and were both great! We can't wait to go back!

Trip of a Lifetime!

The BEST family vacation we've ever had and it would not have been possible without Miriam, the property manager. She answered questions and concerns MONTHS before our arrival. She connected us to reliable and safe airport transportation, incredible excursions-swimming with whale sharks will be a lifetime adventure we'll never forget. We saw turtles every night swim onto the beach in front of our condo to nest. We even participated in several turtle releases. Cancun Plaza exceeded expectations and we highly recommend it as the perfect family getaway. Thank you, Miriam!

Best spot on the beach!

Wonderful from arrival to departure! Miriam is a five star host with perfect English! She helps with all your requests and is so personable. Love meeting all the neighbors, who are regulars. My family will return to this beautifully decorated, clean, bug free, villa on the beach front. Hopefully soon!

Great condo on the beach

The property was as shown, and made our stay with a family of 7 a great vacation. We loved the view, private access to the beach, outdoor shower, boogie boards, and ease of transportation. We booked a lot of excursions and enjoyed pickup right at the security gate.

5 Stars - But please read!

Traveling with 6 people, 3 adults 3 kids 3, 6 and 8 in January 2023. I have lots to say, but limited space. 1. When people talk about location, this is it. If I could transport this condo with me everywhere we go, I would. The fact you walk out onto the patio, and then a few stairs lead you to the beach...is fantastic. The water is very blue, and limited sargassum. 2. The manager Miriam....is gold. Pure Gold. Wish I could take her too! 3. The condo feels like home. fully stocked, very very family friendly. I really mean fully, towels, soap (body and dish), paper towels, water and ice, both from bottled water, and some sand/water toys for the kids etc. They even have a fresh water shower outside with an additional hose which is invaluable for kids who are sandy. 4. The bus stops right outside of the condo, it’s cheap, easy and runs extremely frequent. 5. AC's are great and the condo is very tech friendly with internet and internet TV. And the laundry room is perfect when you have kids. From the moment we booked, Miriam and Lynette (owner) were very communicative, and answering all of our questions promptly. We were also connected with a driver who charged a very fair rate for airport transport for all 6 of us with bags. They were there and waiting both times to pick us up. When we arrived at the condo building, Miriam had someone meet us and help us with bags to the unit, then she arrived to give a tour and instructions personally just a few minutes later. Check in was a breeze. The rest of the stay was and wasn’t perfect. Second day, the unit above us had a plumbing leak, causing water to flood down into the master sink area. This could have made the trip horrible, but Miriam was on it! Workers in immediately, fixed and cleaned heavily. The communication was exceptional and the personal items that were destroyed by the water were paid for. Miriam also bought and delivered a birthday cake for my 3 year olds birthday, a very nice gesture. When something like a plumbing issue happens, it can become a nightmare. In this case it wasn’t more than an inconvenience. It wasn’t a result of this particular unit doing anything wrong, there was nothing they could have done to try to prevent it, and they made every single correct response to fix it. You really can’t do better than that. So my 5 star review isn’t because we had a “perfect” stay, it’s because it was the best it could have been under the circumstances. I would absolutely stay here again.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful week at this Condo. Miriam is amazing! Super responsive and very helpful and professional. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. We loved the beachfront terrace. Watched the sunrise every morning.

GF's Birthday Trip

First, I will start with the Property Manager Miriam. She was nothing short of excellent. She communicated with us from the moment book until the time we departed. She provides great recommendations, and was very hospitable. Now for the property itself....Location, Location, Location its a beautiful spacious villa with a private beach, and the infinity pool is great for a photo shoot as well as a swim. You could sun bathe on the beach or take quick dip in the lovely Gulf. I will definitely be booking this property again win I visit. Thanks Lynette for providing such a wonder spot for us to enjoy for our vacation.

Amazing and As Advertised

We have rented a lot of places over the years and this is definitely one of the best. The location, the view from the porch overlooking the beach, and the overall accommodation are exactly as advertised. Miriam, our host, is the excellent. She was very responsive and communicative prior to our trip. She was there to meet us when we arrived and walk us through all of the necessities. Finally, we had one or two questions during our stay and she was very responsive. This is a beautiful location right on the beach and I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Also, we are a family of five with two kids in college and one in high school. Trying to find a property that fits a family of five with adult. Children is often challenging and this place was perfect.

Breathtaking

We had a great time here. Beach access is private down a small set of stairs - simple and easy. Restaurant, bar and pool are a short walk down another private path only available to this condo. Our host was second to none: she had a ton of recommendations for us, from restaurants to transportation to guides for Chichen Itza. Miriam also did some grocery shopping for us beforehand so we were stocked with essentials upon arrival. We had 2 teens, to adults, and a 78 year old mom with us, and it was perfect for all. I can't give this place a high enough rating.
