We never got in this is a scam. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. He is a scammer I showed up and had no access to the property. VRBO tried to call him multiple times and he did not answer I reached out and he did not answer this is a scam do not book

NICE PLACE, NICE VIEW, BED'S ARE TO SMALL AND SOFT FOR 2 PEOPLE, THE COUCH WAS MORE COFORTABLE TO SLEEP; NO FIRE PIT, NO BBQ, AS SHOWN IN PICTURE, DIDNT CARE FOR THE PARKING, HAD TO CALL HOST AT 10.40 AT NIGHT BECAUSE HOT WATER WAS'NT WORKING, HAD TO TURN ON THE BREAKERS TO GET IT WORKING, STOVE KEPT BEEPING ALL NIGHT LONG,

Resort-Style Stay with Amazing Views

The space is stunning and welcoming! We enjoyed many meals in the balcony area and caught a glimpse of a few dolphins. A few areas to note from my experience: -A guide of the amenities would have been appreciated. No information was provided, but the security guards are very helpful, and a quick walk-through should cover all the areas. The 18+ pool is on the 3rd floor--no elevator access. You must walk to the lobby, then walk up stairs on the outside to access. It was empty most of our trip and worth the trek. If you'd like to use the jacuzzis in the lobby, we had some luck by going earlier in the day. We noted that larger groups of families tended to leave their towels near the jacuzzis early in the day to reserve them for the afternoon, which we were bummed about the first couple of days, since we kept waiting for one of the many tubs to clear out. From what I gather, three of the pools are heated--the smaller ones are not, and are emptier as a result. -My family members used the master bedroom. Doors tend to get a bit stuck, but are fully closable with two hands and some patience. -There was mildew noted in the bathtub of one of the restrooms. I avoided using it as much as possible. Aside from this, the rest of the home was very well cleaned. -The kitchen was stocked with most dishes and utensils you may need. They also include coffee and sugar for the coffee maker. -The host was communicative the day of check-in & check-out. Outside of these days, turnaround time averaged 1-2 days. -You must leave the parking pass at the gate before leaving. We were not informed of this until after we had left the unit and the host attempted to charge $20 for it. I've offered to mail it back or scan a copy over (it's a reproducible sheet of paper) with no response thus far. A house manual or guide would have easily avoided this scenario, so that we would have known ahead of time to do this before checking out. -The home is approximately 15 minutes away from Downtown Rosarito, about the same to Puerto Nuevo, and about 5 minutes from Popotla. I asked for recommendations in the area and the host recommended to drive out. While the views are definitely worth checking out at this location, consider the drive time when booking, as you may likely need to drive out a ways daily if you plan on sightseeing and eating out.

Family get away.

This was a great place to call home for our trip. It was very spacious, clean and had a great view. The amenities where also wonderful. However be careful with the second bathtub, it is very high and difficult to get in and out of. After my wife slipped and fell getting in, we all used the shower in the master bedroom.

No A/C, Issues with shower and water pressure tvs weren't working. House keeping kept at 1040 ready for us to leave even though there's a info booklet stating we could pay 100$ fee for a later checkout since checkout is at 11 there was still no reason for them to come 20 minutes early.

Beautiful spot with medium amenities

Security was great and very responsive, as was the host. The location is a bit off from everything making it difficult to get food delivered. The host was awesome and got us some pizza delivered late night! There are great local eateries in Rosarito. Issues were: the large tub didn't work. There was NEVER any hot water. It lasted a minute or two tops. This is to be expected sometimes in Mexico, but if you offer an in-door soaking tub- it should work. Also, there was a fire pit on the patio that didn't work? Not sure what was up with that. The housekeepers weren't either. Over all it was definitely a beautiful spot. The hot tubs by the ocean were awesome. But food access, hot water & no working tub kept it interesting. Very Mexico!

Absolutely gorgeous property

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway and it was perfect. The view and the grounds were spectacular. The condo is clean and well appointed. Christian the owner was very communicative and friendly with good recommendations about the area.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I just needed a few days away from everything, and this offered the most ideal escape. Beautiful space, the view and sounds of the waves from the balcony were a dream. The photos are so true to the fabulously decorated unit. We did not use any of the facilities on the property, but they were available at the lobby desk if needed. Although there is nothing around within walking distance, we were a short drive away from small take out restaurants with good food, and within 20 minutes to larger-scaled options and the pulse of Rosarito. We grabbed groceries, and it made this even more of a relaxing and comfortable stay. Our host was gracious, always available and super helpful. Definitely hope to return in the near future.

Born in Los Angeles, and a long-time Las Vegas resident! Now full-time living in beautiful Rosarito! I'm passionate about traveling, experiencing new cultures, and creating new opportunities. I spend most of my time leading our property management team and taking care of guests but in my free time, you'll find me at the beach, taking photos, or having some fresh seafood. I love all water-related things and know some of the best spots to discover, see marine life, and chill out on sandy beaches - don't be shy to ask for recommendations!
