Lovely pool getaway in a quiet area. House was great for our needs and the kids loved the pool and movie room. Close enough to everything but nice and quiet mornings on the porch with incredible coffee!

This place is a hidden gem.. It has every thing you ever need even has the tiki bar. You can make your drinks. It’s absolutely a wonderful family oriented place to stay .Even has lots of games you can play .I have to give it five star!!

Family vacation for USSSA tournament

Well equipped house that was comfortable for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, the birds around the yard, and cooking meals together in the fantastic kitchen. It was a great stay, about 20 minutes to the ball fields. The hosts had great recommendations on local resources and we enjoyed an airboat tour, bioluminescent rafting, and a day at the Sebastian Inlet swimming with Manantees. It was a great Florida experience!

This is my second time staying here and again I am so happy with Paula’s hospitality. Their house is spotless and makes me feel at home. I love how she greets you with a goodie bag with good snacks and coffee and a take me home bag. They’re such great hosts and I highly recommend their home. Any questions you may have she responds so fast as well. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect Spot for a Family Retreat

This property was perfect for our multi-generational stay, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together and have privacy. Our kids loved the pool area, and having the outdoor kitchen was so convenient. Everything in the house is well stocked, and the owners were so helpful in answering any questions and making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location was close enough to major attractions, but the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to stay again in the future!

Great home for family gatherings

The property has a large open indoor space , and large kitchen which is perfect for entertaining. Outside is a screened in pool and outdoor bar. Perfect for for family gatherings.

Amazing home!

This is my family's second stay. The house is absolutely perfect, the description and pictures are accurate and the hosts go above and beyond for their guests. We celebrated my grandmother's 102nd birthday here and plan to be back for 103!

Wonderful house that feels like home..

Everyone of all ages had a great time...this home has everything you need from a refreshing pool to a tiki bar and outdoor games...we all were pleasantly surprised...owner is very accommodating took care of any issues immigration... Fantastic stay....sad to leave 😥

Peaceful stay in Melbourne

We loved our stay! Everything you need to enjoy your time in West Melbourne. The house was very clean and up to date. We enjoyed the tiki bar, grill, and pool area. The area was quiet with a short drive to the beach, NASA, restaurants, and Cocoa Beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!!!

Beautiful vacation home

We spent a week in this Beautiful home and it was spotless when we arrived! The pool was amazing, the Tiki bar and fire pit were super fun and did I mention the 5 star linens and kitchen?! Great communication with host as well. Highly recommend for a family looking to stay in Florida! We did not want to leave!

Very nice vacation house

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the kitchen that had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed grilling and eating at the tiki bar. We made smores in the firepit too. We had a great vacation and didn't mind the drive to the beach.

Wonderful Vacation

Our time here was fabulous! Paula was amazing at making us feel welcomed! My kids absolutely loved the pool and the tiki hut!! It was wonderful! We stayed for the week because my daughter played at Space Coast Softball World Series. It was a quick drive to the fields and great location! Paula was great with any needs that arose! I would come back in a heart beat!

10 stars beautiful home and yard!

We had the best week! We stayed with our 3 children 16,14 and 11 and they all enjoyed the pool and we all loved sitting out at the tiki bar. Our dog felt right at home and love the large yard to chase geckos. We will definitely be back and for longer next time. The host was so friendly and accommodating and checked in throughout the week to make sure everything was good.

2 week vacation

Sweetpalm is an absolute gem. The kitchen has everything u would need. The layout of the home is perfect. The pool is great and the tiki bat is where we spent most evenings if we didn't go out. Would definitely suggest this place and we plan on coming back.

Winter get away

Very nice place one of the best I have ever patronized. Very clean, great heated pool, no bugs, great yard for the dog, pellet grill and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Really could not ask for more. Had a few operational questions and Paula and Tom were quick to respond.

Great Property

Paula and Tom have a beautiful home. Paula is a great communicator and went above and beyond our expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessed. The kids loved the pool. We would have loved to have spent more time at the Tiki Bar and only didn’t because of the heat and humidity.

Hi my name is Paula. I am your host here in Melbourne, Florida. I am a fifth generation Floridian and my husband Tom is from western New York. We have two grown sons, both married to wonderful women and what we believe are two perfect grandchildren.

We have a summer home in south western North Carolina. Tom loves to fish fresh and salt water and we both enjoy golfing.

The summer of 2020 was our first rental season and we were fully booked, we had the most amazing guests and are humbled by the 100% five star ratings we received.

Tom and I fell in love with the Melbourne area and we hope that our guests can experience Melbourne the way we do on a daily basis.

Sweetpalm while being close to everything also provides privacy in a great community. We are on a quite dead end street with friendly neighbors and lots of wildlife.

We enjoy entertaining or just relaxing by the pool or in the large fenced in back yard.
We have wooded trails at the end of our block and we enjoy long walks with our dog, Max, the Yorkie Pooh.
