DO NOT STAY HERE

This was BY FAR the worst house we've ever stepped foot in. There was construction happening (holes in the walls, exposed pipes...), the hot tub was cold when we arrived, there was mold from water damage, and "best" of all, semen on a sheet stuck to the mattress, a used condom, and blood on the walls... The property manager found NOTHING wrong with this situation, neither did VRBO. We were asked to check in late so the cleaning crew could finish up... The most horrifying part was the notion that NONE of the sheets were changed... DO NOT STAY HERE OR WITH THIS MANAGER

Beware: Horrible Home

The home was horrible! The picture of the listing isn’t even the home, it’s the neighbors! The home was dirty and old, so nasty we didn’t even stay. I contacted the owner and requested a refund. It took her over 24 hours to respond to any of my messages. She refused to do anything! This is an old, tiny, nasty home in a horrible state of disrepair!

Solid place, careful with food delivery

The location was great, just as advertised. Owner was very communicative. Pizza delivery got lost and got stuck in the ditch trying to find the house, just go pick it up. :)

Misleading bed set up

The pictures and description of the bed placing is wrong. The ad shows 3 bedrooms with a queen 4th bedroom with twins. They actually have crammed 2 queens in one bedroom, which depending on the dynamic of your vacationing group creates an odd room share. Be prepared for a cluttered kitchen area as they have turned a hall into a open concept pantry. Cleanliness was poor. Had minor issue with hot tub it stopped working a few hours into stay. The property manager offered to either fix it or refund the hot tube fee on the morning of our second day. The best solution would have been both fix it and refund the fee.

Great weekend trip

The place was seriously stocked with just about anything you could possibly need! It was fantastic for if you forgot anything. Plenty of space for our crew of 7. There's not enough room to get a boat in and out of the driveway, but there is a safe place to leave it within the community, which is fine. The host informed us of this in advance. The only complaint is there were no washcloths that any of us could find. But, a ton of towels. Again, not a big deal. We will stay here again in the future.

Nice house. Lots of towels, lots of TV's, big hot tub. Dont being a boat, roads are goat trails.

Had all the right amenities. Well thought out.

Great Space

We were looking for a house with 3 different living spaces for us and our 2 adults children and their significant other and our pups. This house was a perfect getaway. Lots of entertaining space. If your looking for a family get away for large group party this is a great place!

A Great Start to 2022!

We enjoyed the cabin stay very much and it was exactly what we all needed after the last year. Thank you for letting us stay. Also for future guests this cabin is fully stocked with condiments and seasonings!!! A very nice added touch!

Center Hill Lake, Smithville TN

Had a great time, home was as advertised. Quiet, scenic view of Lake. House was clean and well stocked. Kitchen was particularly well stocked including a well stocked spice cabinet! Great black for quality time with family and friends. I would suggest a good map to the cabin. Directions on google and Apple Maps are not great!
