This cozy 5 bedroom, 5-acre mountain house boasts all the home comforts and amenities plus the charm of the Catskills. The location feels secluded whilst you're just minutes away from Windham and Hunter mountains! Whether you're catching a breeze on the deck after hiking or having your morning walk you may spot a deer or even wild turkey! The space
Sleeping Arrangements:

-- 7 beds: 1 California King (master), 2 Queen, 3 Full and 1 twin.
-- 3 Full bathrooms including an en-suite master bath which features a Jacuzzi tub and standing shower.

-- Full (Chef-sized) Kitchen stocked with all necessary appliances (Keurig coffee/latte machine, blender, air fryer, waffle maker, toaster and more) and a minimally-stocked food pantry.
-- Working fireplace in the Living Room
-- Large wraparound deck off of the kitchen makes the perfect place to have your morning coffee, BBQ grilling and/or an evening nightcap
-- Living room has a large couch perfect for movie night on a 65" Smart TV
-- Dining room seats 8 comfortably w/additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter
-- Game night awaits! The house is stocked with family favorites; Scrabble, Monopoly, Jenga, UNO, a deck of cards and a few more for your enjoyment!
-- 2 (5 gal.) water fountains (the mountain water is fine but we added the dispensers for your convenience)

Guest access
You will have access to the 2 levels of the house, deck and yard, and driveway. The garage is mainly for storage and recyclables.

- The house is secured with 24/7 outdoor video surveillance and motion sensor lighting
- The heat is powered by Google Nest thermostats for your comfort.
- Be mindful of maintaining the cleanliness of the house clean both inside and out as to prevent infiltration of insects, vermin and local hungry wildlife!
