The perfect winter retreat! Beautiful view of the lake and sunsets from the back patio. Streaming services including Hulu, Amazon, & other free options with the ability to login to any of your own platforms. House is located on a quiet street & centrally located by all that the city & lake has to offer.
Whether you are in a traveling work position or looking to get away to a warmer climate for winter, we hope you love our place as much as we do and enjoy your stay!
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms split floor plan with an open layout. Blackout curtains for an excellent nights sleep. Bistro set, high top dining table, and fire pit available on the patio. Towels, dishes, and other standard items included. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

We both love Lake Havasu City so much! While we spend most of our weekends enjoying the lake in the summer, we also love the hiking and town festivities in the winter. We decided we would like to retire there when the time comes and we bought our little place. We've put in some hard work and spent a lot of time upgrading the home so far and have more plans to come.
