Beware of Guest!!! Tried to SCAM me for refund. There are no cameras inside of the house. The guest complained about the house not cooling off fast enough. So I had the A/C company make an emergency call. The A/C company said the 3 year old A/C system is working properly and explained that there is a Warm Front bringing humid air to AZ causing many people to have problems cooling their homes. "Humid air mixed with cooling the house 50 degrees cooler than the outside temperature is very difficult this weekend". I tried to explain this to the guest, but they demanded a full refund. They were angry and decided to leave a inaccurate review. I have had over 30 rentals with the property so I am very experience in meeting the guests needs. Airbnb has a 0% policy for security cameras inside the house and I have provided proof to them that there are no cameras in the house and proof that I called an A/C company.

Guest were amazing and we are terrible sorry for the construction. We had no control over the construction after the pool company mixed up their dates and showed up to the house unannounced at 6am to start work. This still isn’t an excuse for ruining 4 days of a families vacation.

It’s terrible to have guest come into your home and trash it. The situation caused my wife to cry after seeing our home trashed which we spent so much time decorating.I was told a wind storm had blown debris into the pool so I quickly contacted the pool cleaner to come out a day earlier. As the pool cleaner entered the property he noticed the pool equipment had been thrown around and damaged. He called me right away asking for authorization for repairs and explained to me the current condition of the home. Once I arrived I noticed many rules were broken including, windows left opened, doors left opened for the pets in 110 degree weather, unauthorized pets, food and alcohol containers in the pool, pet hair in the pool skimmer, air mattresses for unauthorized guest, food and drinks spilled all over the kitchen, and burned food on the counters. I did not enter the property, but was able to see all this from the open door and window. I called the guest and explained the situation on how I can cancel the reservation for rules being broken. I did not cancel, but told them there will be damage fees and pet fees which are stated on my agreement. After the booking the guest made an attempt to retaliate by saying I had cameras watching them, but Airbnb explained to them that the exterior cameras are allowed and have been stated on the listing by the owner. They closed the case and provided me with damage and pet fees from the guest deposit.
