The house was great! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, spices, etc, and we were able to easily make Christmas dinner as well as bake with everything already on-hand. The owner had lots of nice touches such as laundry baskets, welcome snacks, and sleds we could borrow. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for quick trip to the area

I needed a stay for a small team of colleagues working on a project in the area. There was good space for everyone and we enjoyed relaxing in the front porch after long days at work. The neighborhood deer family was a lovely touch!

Lovely home

We loved this place! We celebrated new years here with a few friends and the host was super responsive with any questions we have. The house was super clean and super organized with everything we should know all in one binder! We were greeted with a gift basket when we checked in inside the home which was super sweet!

Fantastic House!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house. It was just the right size for 7 adults. Everything was top notch from the towels to the beds to the appliances. It was very hot while we were in Carson City, but the house's air conditioning worked great. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood

Our stay was very comfortable. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The host even gave an easy to remember entry code - which was based on my phone number. Really recommend this special home when you visit Carspk city

Awesome victorian style house

House was amazing. So much room for 5 women. House is very well stocked. We enjoyed it so much we stayed in every night and just played cards. Nice quiet neighborhood. Owners did a fantastic job remodeling the home.

Amazing Carson City Home

Some of our extended family came into town for my niece’s wedding. This home was perfect for us. The host made the entire process a breeze and also made us feel welcome (leaving us some goodies in a basket). The home itself is very nicely done and comfortable on every level - from dining room, gathering/seating area, bathrooms and bedrooms. I would highly recommend this lovely home for anyone needing a Carson City stay.

What a place ...

We are so lucky we got to stay at this charming downtown house with all the modern amenities inside. We were a group of gravel riding friends going for a local race. We had all we needed and more. This house is perfect for a groups of friends or family alike and is very close to downtown. We hope to be renting it again next year for the same event ...

Great location for updated charming home

This house is a very old, restored home. It was been updated extremely well, while keeping the old charm of the home. It was clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, blankets, towels, etc. The host was easy to contact and check in was easy. The house was perfect for our family of 5 + another couple. It is walking distance to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants.

Cute House

Well stocked house, and beautiful yard. Only downside is there’s a tub, but it’s for decoration. This was tough on my little ones as they don’t do well in showers. Great house though and we will likely rent again!

Lovely Home

We absolutely loved this place!!! The place was cozy and comfortable for our large group(8 adults and 2 infants). The place was located in a historic charm district and within walking distance to restaurants, casinos, bars and groceries. This house was nicely renovated and furnished with quality and solid furnitures. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking breakfast for our large group each morning.Two large bathrooms with showers furnished with nice toiletries and towels was great. Staying at this place feels like home away from home. It was hard to say goodbye to this lovely home on our last day as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect House in Historic Carson City

This 100yr+ house has been renovated into a beautiful home. After a long day of our own plans, it was nice coming back to this home. The A/C in every room helped with the very hot summer days, and the beds we rested our heads on each night were comfortable. The refreshing pitcher of water that was left for us, and the basket of welcome "beverages" and snacks, was a nice touch--and we thank you, to the property owner/manager.

Perfect location, will definitely stay there again!

This house was in the perfect location to walk downtown for morning coffee or dinner drinks. It was big enough for the 6 of us plus an infant. (With an empty bed left over) It was very clean and updated. The beds were all very comfortable with high end bedding. All the rooms have their own air controls. It was perfect to share with other couples. We had no complaints. Will definitely stay there again! They even had a bottle of champagne and cookies waiting for us when we arrived.

Beautiful Historic Charmer

Beautiful renovated home. Proximity to downtown Carson City was excellent. Property is exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was comfortable and peaceful. The downstairs bedroom was wonderful for those with difficulty navigating stairs. Beds were comfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs had walk in closets. Great use of space in this house.
