Towels in the bathroom had hair on them . A spot of dried blood on one towel . Not the best smell in the world . TVs in the room are small and need upgrading. Other than that , it was a decent place to stay . Cleaning company was hard to get in touch with .

Home away from home

Another great stay

This is the second time we stayed at this property due to having such a great stay the previous year. The place was just as we remembered it—super clean with great furnishings. Unit does have a Keurig that’s not listed in the amenities which was a bonus. We had an issue with the ice maker not working and the frig froze everything. The property manager immediately replied to our email and we believe someone came out to fix it the next day. Overall it was an awesome stay! We will definitely consider staying again next year!

Rented a condo not a hotel

Although the management staff and owner's were nice the situation was difficult and upsetting. We had no refrigeration for the whole week.We were unable cook or have any breakfast items everything would freeze . We asked for a college small refrigerator ice cooler..unable to get that. The condo was not clean to my preferences..dirty floors, bathroom mold in tub, rugs grimey, just to name a few things. Was not a pleasant stay. A small refund was being processed that didnt cover the food that was ruined. Refund doesn't compensate for all the extra take out and throw out take out because you couldn't save anything. Will be avoiding Evolve and this condo. Cleanliness. . I took pictures

Everything was excellent! The home was very clean. The patio was a great place to relax and have a cup of coffee. Water pressure for the shower was great. Furniture was comfy and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely stay again on a future trip to MB.

I stayed here with my 4 kids for an archery tournament, so we weren't looking for a "vacation" per se. I wanted something close to the Convention Center and to entertainment when we were not at the tournament. This condo fit the bill for what I needed for a few days. It was a good size and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We had absolutely everything we needed to make meals for our family. The beds were also comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The screened-in porch was amazing. It was an easy distance to all of the touristy things (Broadway, miniature golf, etc.) and to the beach (most important for me!). The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The only issue we had was that it smelled like somebody had smoked in the condo before and it was overpowering. I imagine there is a shared ventilation system, so it might have been that. I am not sure what could be done about that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice visit

The condo was clean and well kept. The furnishings were in good condition and towels were plentiful. Loved the addition of the Keurig or the full coffee pot. We enjoyed the proximity of the pool and easy accessibility to restaurants and shopping. Great stay!

Great condo in quiet part of Magnolia Point

Overall, this was a great place to stay! The place is well appointed with a relaxing beach vibe decor. The screened in porch is a nice place to hang out. The parking is more limited in front of the building than other areas of the neighborhood which can be a challenge. The only negative was the cleanliness of the carpets. They could definitely use a good carpet cleaning and leave your feet feeling pretty grimy.

Everything was perfect

We were in town for our sons baseball tournament at Ripken and the location was perfect and we absolutely loved the condo. It was spotless, well equipped and furnished nicely. Highly recommend!

Relaxing, quiet complex

My SO and I stayed here for our end of summer/birthday vacation and it was lovely! My only "complaint" is that the main bathroom was not fully cleaned, but since we didn't need to use it, I didn't both to contact the property at all. Everything else was wonderful! The location was perfect, close to Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing was also very accessible from the location as well. The complex was also very quiet and security is present ensuring the complex is safe. We went to the pool, and it was nice and quiet. Even with kids present, they were all well behaved! I would recommend and/or stay at this location again.

Very comfortable place to stay. Very clean and has everything you need. The condo is so close to the airport and many attractions Will definitely stay here real soon! I would highly recommend this until if you are staying in Myrtle Beach.

Good but could be better

Overall the property was very nice. However, there were a few problems. First the carpet in both bedrooms were horribly dirty and in need of a good cleaning if not just replaced. The closet door to the laundry area is broken, off the tracks and needed to be man handled to get open and closed. Lastly, the dishwasher works but leaked water and soap all over the kitchen floor. It was obvious the owners have never stayed in this condo, if they did they would realize simple things are missing like instructions for using the tvs, no wine cork, no dish soap or sponge, tons of shampoo but no conditioner and no laundry soap. Again, overall very comfortable and nice with the pool close by, parking very close and a quite complex.

Beautiful place!

Beautiful place to stay! Exactly like the photos! Quiet and not far from the beach. We took ubers everywhere and it wasn’t too bad. We had 2 adults and 2 12 year olds. Would definitely recommend staying here if you like to be a little away from the chaos of the beach but close enough to get there without a hassle. Very clean! Nice neighborhood.

Simply Perfect

My 10 y/o son and I stayed for 3 nights here. We absolutely loved everything about it. The condo is nicely decorated with a comfy sofa and loveseat which is really big deal. The screened in balcony is perfect for night relaxing. The pool are located throughout the property and are quite clean. My son wanted to hang out there all day everyday. The property is super close to EVERYTHING!! The beach, grocery store, water park, wax museum, go cart raceway, and so much more! All within a 10 minute drive.
