Perfect for family with young children

This house was wonderful and fully stocked with toddler essentials like baby gates, high chair and a bed guard. I was able to relax and not worry about the stairs. Jennifer was attentive and made sure to let us know we could check in early. Beds were so comfortable! Beautiful vacation home!

Incredible House

We had a blast at Anglers Reef. The house was just as advertised...incredible. Very clean, well equipped and a great location. The overall community was great as well. Pool overlooking the ocean was great. Our kids loved the access to paddleboards and kayaks. The property manager was amazing with her communication. We had no problems whatsoever and will definitely be returning.

Keys House - fabulous

We rented this house to celebrate my 40th birthday with some friends. This house was beautiful. Decorated with great style, clean and comfortable. It was a great walk to the private beach, has its own pool and a wonderful experience. We’d absolutely love to come back here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Accommodations were great. Just about everything you would need, except food, was available in the house. This was our first time staying in Anglers Reef and we booked three weeks in February 2026 before we left.

Great Stay, would stay again!

Home is as described! They have Everything you could ask for, like staying in your own home. Tremendous community and beautifully maintained. Pool is great, only complaint is there is often not enough chairs on a beautiful day. Also, the beach front is ideal for a toddler. Shallow water and enough sand to play in. Great location off the old route 1 where you can walk to several restaurant options within 5-10 minutes. Home has cable and Roku to meet all of your tv watching needs. The only complaint is the home being close to the route 1 traffic noise with the master bedroom hearing that traffic at night. Would stay here again.

Quiet oasis in Islamorada

Property is very well maintained. Communication with manager was excellent. Location was convenient. Access to kayaks and paddle boards was great. Kayaks could some new seats. Overall very happy with our stay.

Very Nice & Pleasant

The house was very comfortable place and decorated nicely with a beachy theme. Clean linens and towels and plenty of them..beds were just right for a comfy nights sleep. The sleep sound machine was a great added helper. Everything you need and more in the kitchen, is there for making a small or bigger meal for the family. The bikes were great to have available to ride about the beautifully landscaped surroundings. Pool was a pleasure to hang out in. The weather actually was a bit too windy at times during our stay but of course that is nothing you can control. The family really enjoyed the Theatre Of the Sea attraction that is close by. Spending sunsets at the beach was a favorite part of our stay as well.

Love love love!

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Anglers Reef. We were invited by friends and were lucky enough to stay next door to them. Our unit was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean! Our family was so comfortable there. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes cookware and more. Fridge is full size, we had no problem putting a weeks worth of groceries. You are centrally located here, there is a Publix grocery store just down the road, however places to eat are just minutes away! Go to Loreleis to eat and watch the sunset, it was beautiful. For all the Anglers out there Bass Pro is down the road as well and has a restaurant in the back, you have to visit there. We also rented a boat and our family was on the water almost everyday. However when renting the boat make sure you tell your property manager so she can reserve a boat slup for you as well. We are from California and I thought the Slip automatically came with the VRBO like a parking space. People may know this but we didnt but Jennifer, our property manager accommodated us immediately. She is only a phone call or text away, she is on top of it! Thank you so much for the experience, we will def be back!

Perfect Islamorada stay

We absolutely loved our rental and the Anglers reef community. The rental was clean, very well stocked with all our beach and kitchen needs! My kids love the pool/dock and beach area. We spent a lot of time on and near the water. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family stay!

This is the nicest house we've stayed at thus far at Anglers Reef! We love the central location with access to pool, marina, kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, etc. The home was beautiful and spotless. It was extremely well apportioned so that we had to bring very little with us. Will definitely return! Deb K

My review of #114.

Let me start out by saying this was not our first time at Anglers, we have stayed in multiple units over the years. We always have a great time and will return because we love the property and its options and of course location. My only complaint is there seemed to be rules on top of rules in our unit. Just wasn't 100% comfortable with the do's and dont notices through out the unit. We respected them all, but seemed a a bit much for my comfort.

Anglers Reef Home

Just spent a month at this lovely home in Anglers Reef. The home was well equipped with all the necessities of home. Even provided a highchair and gates for when the grandkids visited. We enjoyed fishing, boating and the community pool. Took several bike rides (4 bikes were provided) to local restaurants and attractions. And we even enjoyed kayaking. This home is definitely a 5 star stay.

Two weeks…

This was our second year staying in this lovely home. We chose it again because we loved it our first year staying there. It is a perfect location to everything Islamorada has to offer . Then after activities, you have a great place to come back to relax. The living room couches are the best. This home is very well appointed and comfy. Jennifer, the property manager gave us suggestions on places to eat and buy fresh seafood. She took care of a minor issue immediately. Yay! Yes, book this home.

Great stay!

Beautiful home and well decorated and stocked. We traveled with two toddlers and the property manager was kind enough to get us an extra high chair for dinner time. Love Angler’ Reef so much, it’s a great clean community where you can fish straight off the docks, play in the sand on the private beach, and kayak right from the community. Stores and restaurants close by. This house was a little close to the road so the master bedroom did have some traffic noise at night but it wasn’t too bad. A good setup with three beds in the second bedroom. Thanks for a great stay!

Had a great time, very clean grounds and villa. Needs a shower rail in bathtub shower to prevent slips etc. very equipped kitchen and plenty of linens.

Great Family Getaway

House had everything we needed and the location was great. It was nice to have so many options to do throughout our weeklong stay. The US1 traffic was a little louder than we anticipated but we knew it would be loud going into the rental. Thank you!

We live in New Smyrna Beach Florida and vacation in Islamorada because we feel it is simply paradise. That's right, even Floridian's vacation in Islamorada! We have a 7, 10, 12 and 14 year old so we stay very busy. Anytime we can head down to Anglers Reef is a special time for our family. We love boating, fishing, snorkeling the coral reefs and soaking up the Florida Keys island breezes. We know you will enjoy our vacation home as much as we do.

Of all the other places in the world to own a vacation home, we chose to own in Islamorada, and specifically, Anglers Reef, for the following reasons:
(1) Sportfishing Capital of the World: The inshore, flats and offshore fishing is world class. There is a bonefish flat in front of the property! There is a channel that leads into the backcountry right next to Anglers Reef. And the offshore fishing begins just a few miles straight out from the dock.
(2) Largest Coral Reef in Continental United States: The coral reefs just offshore are absolutely spectacular.
(3) Quiet and Quaint: Unlike the party atmosphere of Key West or the busy Miami traffic of Key Largo, Islamorada is quiet and quaint.
(4) Very Kid Friendly: With 4 small children of our own, being kid friendly is mandatory. Islamorada offers so many things for kids, from Theatre of the Sea, to Founder's Park, to the pool at Anglers Reef, to the waterpark for kids in Key Largo. It's a paradise for the kids too.
(5) Very Clean: We have great cleaners that do a great job of cleaning between guests. We also have a very sophisticated air treatment system installed in the central HVAC system that incorporates UV lights and ionization so the air inside the home is ultra fresh and clean. The manufacturer reports that our air treatment system also kills 99.9% of all viruses and bacteria, including the coronavirus. We are meticulous about cleanliness!
(6) Amazing Weather Year Round: The weather in Islamorada is absolutely spectacular year round.
